    Your Opinion----What's The Worst Way To Go?

    we all fear death.

    nobody in their right mind wants to die.

    most people say that if they have to go, it would best to have it happen while asleep.. but, in your opinion, what's the worst?.

    Then I also have heard and read of near death experiences happening to people who were drowning, where they not only saw the "light", typical of these experiences,... FHN

    The near-death experiences of rich and famous people are particularly interesting. They are rolling in the money. They are known all over the world. They are often beautiful, articulate and very talented in what they do. With this in mind, why would such a person reveal to everyone that they were dead and came back to life? Money? They already got that. Fame? They are already famous. In fact, by telling everyone they came back from the dead, they may be risking their own reputation. The only rational reason that such people who have nothing to gain is that it really happened to them and they want to share it with the world.

    yes, i am enjoying realizing the truth about the truth.. but there is another side to it.

    the world as we know it didn't seem to me to be the way that god intended it to be.

    i know i was brainwashed, but it felt good believing that all the bad things would be changed.

    is this seriously one of the forum's rules to follow?

    how can that be so when this whole forum is based on inciting hatred towards one religion.....jehovah's witnesses.......wow this is funny!

    Imagine if a person who is being tortured and knows they will be killed, believes that
    this life is it...all there is
    . I would imagine in most .cases, the time would be even more harrowing.

    From the internet this is ......

    A physician we interviewed recounts the story of a laborer in Africa who worked around vats of sulfuric acid -- one of the most caustic forms of acid. The man fell in one day. He quickly leapt out, but was covered in sulfuric acid, which immediately began to burn him chemically. In a panic and excruciating pain, the man ran outside. By the time his coworkers caught up to him, the man had essentially dissolved.

    The acid burned the man to death, searing through skin, cauterizing blood vessels, and eating through organs until he died. The pain would be unbearable, and the circumstances irreversible. This is unquestionably a really bad way to die.

    Being trapped under a fallen building with huge concrete walls over you, only a very small crawl space.

    You have no food or water and have hours & hours to think about your situation !

    To me even burning is painful but relatively short lived... prolonged hopelessness is the worst !
