New Understanding of this Generation

All they will need to do in 30 or 40 years time is say that "we understand that Jesus evidently meant 3 sucsessive overlapping generations" and whoever is still a JW then will lap up the urine they serve.

It could be presented like this

Hahahaha... "evidently Jesus is referring to generation based on the family unit : What is a family unit commonly made up of today ?

Grandparents, parents and children ... this generation can span 100 years or more . Also today it is not

uncommon for families to even reach 5 generations !!!

20yr old, baptized and anointed in 1914. Lives to 80 so dies in 1974.

Overlaps with 20yr old baptized and anointed in 1974. Lives to 80 so dies in 2034.

This means that "this generation" stems from roughly 1894 to 2034 - 140 years long.

This is not a new understanding. It is a really mad way of trying to get it over for once and for all that the current generation teaching does not leave the way open for another 100+ years of the last days.

So folks it's like you get one giant leap frog before the end but not two or more !!!

This way they can keep the 1914 date yet still have a cut-off point to look forward to .

1894 .... .........140 years.................... 2034

So the title of Rutherfords talk back in 1925 should have been....Millions ,who aren't born yet, but will come to know millions who are now living... will never die.

which may or may not encompass deep seated inspired love....

but rather a less satisfying principled love or sense of obligation.

Loyal love is authentic love ... it is a most precious & ideal love.....

that is built over time by trust , honesty and mutual respect

it cannot be bought or sold or come about by guilt , threats or fear !!

there are no one-way streets in this pure love

so pleasant... so pure "coming straight from the heart"

Well an Elder told me why all the new revised NWT bibles are grey/gray in color

while in discussion with an elder from my old congregation, he asked if i had been given an opportunity to see the new bibles yet.. i told him yes that a family member had showed me one a few days back and some of the improvements (changes) that were in it.. as our conversation went along he asked me what i thought of the color.

i said well its certainly different from the black cover i was so used to or even going back further a few decades the green covered bibles when i was a child.

(we both got a chuckle out of that).

Caliber, how come the Watchtower and Governing Body kept us from knowing about Russell’s love of Pyramid-ology and all the dark pagan and occult methods employed to find the End?

Well for sure now they have washed their hands of Russel he is just a fore-runner like John the Baptist

so the little problem of the internet is no longer an issue.. The FDS doesn't come on the scene until 1919
