  so what does the scripture "the love of the greater number will cool off" mean if it's not the big falling away from the wts in the last few years?

  btw i don't remember the scriptural context but i have sometimes wondered about it - even though i'm a devout non-believer.. marilyn

  Luke 24:39

  i discovered something,when i mention luke 24:39,witnesses denie that christ had flesh and bones.they say that christ came back as a spirit.when i do mention that christ said himself that he wasn't a spirit in that passage,they denie that it's there.i wouldn't believe that they would say that unless i saw it myself.so i truly believe that many witnesses have been blinded by the god of this system(satan).there is just no other explanation.. revfrank

  I discovered something,When I mention Luke 24:39,Witnesses denie that Christ had flesh and bones.They say that Christ came back as a spirit.When I do mention that Christ said Himself that He wasn't a spirit in that passage,they denie that it's there.I wouldn't believe that they would say that unless I saw it myself.So I truly believe that many witnesses have been blinded by the god of this system(Satan).There is just no other explanation.

  ANOINTED JEHOVAH WITNESS APOLOGIZES

  dear people, i posted my first post on anointed witness has no doubt stating that i have the heavenly hope and was seeking others.

  many of you responded and i read all your replies.

  i am lonely in terms of knowing few other young anointed and being an active witness, so this makes me an oddity among you and in my cong.. mnay also wondered why i was on this website of ex-witness,.

  just a thought.Back in the `70s I knew 3 of the anointed.One disowned me because I refused to give up my KJV.But all three were either late 70s and one who was 95.Now it's 30 years later and the anointed count went up?Funny,because the Awake use to say concerning 1914,THAt the generation well not pass before the end comes.
  Well?it's been more then a generation and last count 1975 came,ran,then gone.Only thing happen was less Witnesses then before.

  State of Rhode Island Gubernatorial Election

  it has been a few months since i have posted.

  i am asking my friends here to take a minute to follow this link to a front page article in the providence journal bulletin (the main newspaper in the state of rhode island) and read the information concerning the latest candidate to join the race for governor.. it is my wife.

  although her decision to enter this race (despite 4 generations of jw heritage, pioneering, etc..) was solidified many months ago, i did not have an opportunity to plan for such instant publicity and media coverage.. i too have been busy exiting the federal government and launching my technology company.

  young anointed?tHAT IS IF YOU'RE almost 100 years of age.According to the WatchTower in 1974 there was only less then 8,000 left world wide.Funny thing now is almost 30 years later,WatchTower says still less then 8,000 left world wide.
  Well,they said the world will end in 1914,1925,1975,ects......Oh me?I left after the WatchTower lied to me about the end coming in 1975.

  when so much peopel say jw is a cult,comperd to the most religions we are very diffrent yes.. but if we go back to christ and was he was teching,you must say this was a cult to, he was telling he was the only one, a remark as you say on a cult, he was saying he come from the lord also a remark as you say,he was telling you must obey him also a remark on a cult as you say, he say if you dont se him as the son of the lord you have no life ,also a remark on a cult as you say,and he say he give his follower power from heaven, oups this is a very bigg remark on a cult.. littel confusing isnt is?

  HappyMan,In today's society,that's a cult.You said it best.
  "It is not a form of religious persecution to say and to show that another religion is false, for an informed person to expose publicly a certain religion as being false, thus allowing persons to see the difference between false religion and true religion." (Watchtower 11/15/63, p 688)

  No ressurection?

  let us eat and drink for tomorrow we are to die!.

  this is how the apostle paul responded to some who were saying in his day, there is no resurrection.

  obviously from this reasoning, there was confusion amongst some as to what actually happens at death.. greek philosophy, which led some people, such as the epicureans, to lead a life of pleasure, was obviously apparent during that christian time period.

  Even though Luke 24:39,says that Jesus was not a spirit,the WatchTower keeps says He was a spirit.And if Christ came back as a spirit,that means God had to create the extra spirit,therefore the resurrection never came.That means our faith has been in vain.

  christ resurrection was told by christ that he would rase himself;and he would rise the way he died;and he also say that he was the truth,not the watchtower.and in john 20:28,thomas verfied who he was,christ the true living god.. and check out how the watchtower worked side by side with the un until the watchtower got caught.. revfrank
