I didn't have doubts until after I had been disfellowshipped. I was a sinner y'all. Just recently, about the time I joined this board, I decided to find out what was going on about the "this generation" idea because I'm pretty good at math and it seemed like those folks were getting pretty old. The big A was always in the back of my mind. I never researched the JW history before this. Now my eyes are opening up pretty wide.

I am a 4 time cancer survivor! Breast, same breast 2 years later, metastasized to colon 1 1/2 yrs later, metastasized to bone and lymph last year. Early detection is key. I'm walking, talking proof!

Are you a loner? To the point of being a hermit. I have a job which allows me to work from home.
Is it hard for you to make friends? In real life, yes. I've built a wall around myself to protect me from being hurt.
Do you think you'd be greatly missed if you no longer were around? I think the only ones who would notice would be my creditors and the mailman. -

According to a sister in my hall...
by B_Deserter inthe chinese government not only forces women who become pregnant with a 2nd child to have an abortion, they also make her eat the fetus after the procedure.. .
sometimes i wonder if i can keep putting up the facade, but comments like this just make the meetings worth while.
