OK back to fluff for a change...has anyone had success making icecream?
by restrangled ini bought one of those new fangled devices, by cuisenart...pour the stuff into a prefrozen container and watch it turn into your dream homemade icecream....not!.
it comes out soft and soupy.
if you put it into the freezer it hardens into 1000 year old glacier like material.. it tastes good, but the texture is never where you want it.

Being a kitchen gadget junkie, this is the perfect excuse to go out and buy one. It would give me better control over the ingredients.
Ummm, it isn't the always the ingredients that need better control ....
I'm a kitchen gadget collector too. I found Amazon's Outlet and Friday Sale and OMG! :I ordered the ice cream maker, the deep fryer, the snow cone maker and the milk shake machine then found out I had diabetes. My blood sugar was over 300 for a month! I've got it under control now but the ice cream maker keeps calling to me...
*sigh*

I have that same ice cream maker and every time I use it the stuff comes out about the consistency of a milk shake. Maybe the problem is the recipes in the little book that comes with it. I haven't tried any other recipes yet.
I also found that you can't freeze that stuff and expect it to be edible afterward!
Ohhhh but it's good when it's fresh!

You say "no".
It's their problem if they didn't take care of checking their email before they left home.
Whether it's a ruse or not is secondary.
The real issue is personal discipline.
As an afterthought, most companies require some extra software installed on a home computer or laptop before an employee can remotely access their company email. Even if this guy owns the company I'd be surprised if he could access company email on just any machine.

I choose not to respond to your post asking who chose not to respond to the other "not respond" post.....
but instead of starting a separate thread I thought I thought it better not to respond right here.
If you prefer that I not respond on a separate thread please let me know.

The best revenge
by Junction-Guy inso are you happier outside the jw's than inside?.
do you like having freedom, or are circumstances too overwhelming to appreciate it now?
is happiness in small things possible, even when we're still in the process of "getting it all together"?

"I want to be happy like I was at one time."
I think he means that there was a time when he trusted without even thinking about it, when he thought that there were people who had his good at heart just the same as he had their good in his heart. When life is like that you wake up every day with a feeling of security, not because of your financial situation or your job skills, but because you are part of an invisible supportive network made up of love. When life is like that you can get through almost anything. If that feeling is ripped away it leaves you so torn apart that you don't know if you can pull yourself back together or not, or if you should even try since what you thought you had isn't there now.
I don't want to put words in his mouth but that's my take on what he's trying to say.
