  I am going to have Acupuncture for my depression - anyone done this??

  i spent a fortune on transactional analysis in the early 90's.

  dont regret one penny of it.. i have had a paralysing depression now for about two years.

  i cant write, dont enjoy my job anymore, and uninterested generally.recently i have even started saying "jehovah let me die" as i get into bed.. i considered going down the counselling route.

  Try a low carb diet and cutting out wheat, cured my depression and the weight fell of effortlessly.

  Check out diabetes forums, lots of people have cured type 2 with low carb.

  I haven't posted on here for a while, but after seeing this I just wanted to make a comment.

  I have a 3 and a half year old and JW mother in law too.

  My wife and I both decided that we had to adopt a strict policy regarding indoctrination to protect our daughter.

  When she stays over with the mother in law on a saturday night, we make sure we pick her up before 10:00 am on the sunday as we don't want her exposed to the predatory preachers down the hall that we know. It only takes one hook or scary armageddon story to indoctrinate a child.

  We haven't come accross it yet, but if my mother in law tries any of that stuff on my daughter, she will be told in no uncertain terms where we stand and where she stands.

  I want to teach my child how to think not what to think, and I'm prepared to fight tooth and nail for that privalege.

  Might sound a little harsh but I believe it is important, I was brainwashed at 23 what chance does a 3 year old stand!

  i still can't believe it.

  she was here for the bbq, we had an awesome time, laughing, her telling stories from our childhoods.

  i gave her a hug and told her i loved her before she left.

  Flouride and Chlorine in our drinking water is poisoning us to death?

  american dental association now reccomends due to health problems children under 12 not drink tap water with flouride!!!!

  even though since the 1950's we were told flouride only helps "young teeth.

  " it is chemical waste made from smoke staks while chlorine was a chemical weapon which was found also to clean water.

  unemployment is out the roof - close to 18%.. my wife has been trying to find work for over a year.

  she has done so very diligently.

  none of us know each other well enough to hang out with each other either.
