What Should I Expect?

the co's visit is coming up soon and i'm wondering what i should expect.. what i'm asking is in relation to my burden responsibility as a ministerial servant.

i managed to get deleted as a regular pioneer and now i'm wondering if i should expect a second meeting, and perhap one with the co.. i most certainly don't want to have to endure another meeting!

i quit field service and meetings suddenly and i'm a couple of month away from being "inactive".

This needs a thread by it's self. Faith and Respect

i have this concern about fading.

my fade is calculated and very successful as far as .

avoiding a judicial committee for apostacy.

I don't understand your fear of a JC happening. If they want to have one then let them. you don't have to be there or talk to them. They will make their own choice in the matter. I left and said so. they decided to DF me and that was the end of it. As for your wife, she is free to choose them or you or both. If she chooses them over you then maybe you would be better of with someone else.

I know it's a hard call but why fear them?

Did You Donate Contributions To The Hall & Society?

my mom told me that the elders spent a lot of time in the service meeting expressing the need for donations.

they showed that area congregations were even remodeling their halls yet they weren't even covering needed expenses in their own hall for utilities!

within the same pep talk evening, they read a letter from the society thanking them for the congregation's $200 donation!

No I didn't donate because the WBTS said don't get a good education, so I couldn't afford it. I was just trying to supply myself with my own paper. (TP that is)

I would of called him on his actions. That is the kind of attitude that is probably a factor in why they were not there in the first place.

Or you could turn it back on them. Everyone has faults and issues and the good thing being a JW is that everyone else seems to know yours but in return you know there's. So next time just say " oh I forgot to tell you, we missed you in service Sat." or you could say " Oh mister overseer have you talked to them or stopped by to visit them. Not to make them feel guity, or to say anything about meetings or service at all, but just to talk sports, news, vacations, ect.?"

JW's never seem to be able to talk to faders without it being a guilty preach fest. Why not just visit, have dinner, see a movie, hang out like the rest of the world does if they haven't seen a friend for a while. They don't say "where have you been, Why haven't you called me, you need help, ect"

Just a thought....

i almost puked when listening to these paragraphs about 1914 & 1919.. how can anyone not see the enormous pile of bull s#!t to make this prophetic connection???

how about the fact that the wts makes countless references to the 144k being sealed in 1935????

Are they still studying that book? Don't they have anything else to study? I quess when you write a book so confusing you have to study it 50 times to try and understand what the heck it's saying.
