after finding this forum and being raised in the jw religion, i found jwd a refreshing place for honest feelings, fears, life experiences etc.. the history of the jw's was exposed, and those who lived any experience under this regime has been told by many members.. to be lied to by any forum member is insulting.
i have over my past year and 1/2 come to love many posters.
i realize many more have much longer time put in here.. i have been honest and exposed more of my self than i care to think about, but always kept in mind that others were doing the same and it was best for anyone new.. to lie on this forum to all of these members is horrible and i am questioning why i am so honest here.
Only what we give has value.What we recieve has no value unless it is given in love.
Trust within and listen to the quiet still presence that you are and fear not, give your love freely and bravely , expect nothing in return for love is a gift and can't be had for a price.

my sister-in-law is recently divorced and went to a witness online dating site.
she mentioned that many of the witnesses specified that they wanted a white or latino only.
of course there is nothing wrong with this (personal preference), but i found it interesting.
If I was single I would date anyone that had a beautiful heart regardless of appearance.\
The outside of somebody counts for very little in the real world .
Ability's , talents , passions , these make a person desirable. Attractiveness just gets our attention
i am sort of shocked and wonder if i pulled this same kind of sh*t as a witness.
i already know jw's believe they are better than everyone else, what with being god's only chosen people and all that.. well, i am sitting at my table, minding my own business.
there is a group of six jw's at the next table, three adults, three kids.

What a great life lesson.
I have taught my son to know his part in all the actions of those around him.
Other people aren't expected to be like us at all.
I've taught him that we live an example not to be confused with arrogance or even being right.
We accept people good or bad as what they are. Don't have to be around everyone one , but judging is just censoring yourself from reality.
We can use all the reality we can get , life is a lesson and we need that information

It is frustrating to live in a country that almost forces the common man to consume irresponsibly.
What can I do?
How often do we here the mantra of despair?
Do one thing each day for the good that is beyond or outside what you would normally do .
Think one new thought or see things from a different perspective . Just once each day.
It's not difficult to make a difference. It is difficult to live with a sense of hopelessness or live with a sense of despair.
Spend one hour alone each day .
What you can do is simple. It is within the ability of everyone.
If we all do what we can , the world will change.

i enjoy reading different views on the nature of humankind , so i look for them all the time , while i find no all encompassing theory i do occasionally find things worth sharing, this link is interesting and maybe you will find something of interest as well.. .

reading your threads it seems like you believe in the watchtower version of god who is a very unforgiving, unmerciful god who will destroy men, women and children just because they don't understand a certain bible verse or do not understand bible chronology on a certain topic.

I've been hangin with some really "enlightened " folks and I am humbled beyond belief .
After seeing real LOVE in action I am a little embarrassed at my own expression of love in the real world.
Seeing a glow on someone because they are so full of love , FEELING it and knowing it is genuine , wow.
Just a touch of that and you understand how feeling love is enough to change the world.
PLEASE join the mission to energize our world with love . Just think clearly and wholeheartedly "Love and world unity" I'll be there and so will hundreds of thousands of others in this World Wide meditation.
