Tried to fade away
by Magwitch ini left my chauvanistic po elder husband 2 1/2 years ago (after 20 years of marriage - ten of those spent pioneering as a couple).
i took my two beautiful teenage daughters with me - he did not seem to care too much that we were gone.
his main concern was the humiliation and aggravation of having to step down as an elder.

being raised in the wtbts, the jehovahs witness docrine and culture really was the prism from which all of my experiences and understanding of life originated.

who likes Battlestar Gallactica?
by Dogpatch ini am curious how many of you watch this.
i find it far more fascinating than many other shows, but i am biased, always had a flair for traditional horror as well as quality sc-fi.
but the producers intentionally dumb down the special effects (filmed in hd but virtually posterized for effect outdoors) so as to focus on the plot lines and character development.

A bizarre explosion at a church east of Kansas City killed one man on Saturday afternoon.
ATF agents said the explosion at the Jehovah's Witness' Kingdom Hall on Foggy Bottom Drive was intentionally set, and that the person who died appears to have committed suicide.
Witnesses described large amounts of smoke pouring out of the building, which they said was just recently completed.
The source of the explosion remains a mystery, but investigators found evidence of accelerants in the debris.
The victim was the only person inside the building.

We don't trust the world leaders because they are like a bad doctor. "Imagine that you go to a doctor and he gives you some pills and you don't get better. You come back, and he gives you some pills and you are getting worse. Will you come back again to that doctor? I don't think so". And remember...
You need to read the Daily Text because "it is a provision from Jehovah", because...
"The FDS is directed by Holy Spirit". And that's why...
"Is reading the literature produced by the FDS that God teach us exact knowledge"... And of course that means...
"A spiritual person despises worldly Education".
