JW-Media.org - Why isn't there an official statement about the Candace Conti case?

jw-media.org is strangely silent about the candace conti case.

they haven't said anything about it as of the time of this post.. i decided to call the media department at this number (718) 560-5600. i identified myself as a researcher who also has some websites.

i was asked for the web address of my website.

I didn't expect they would be anything but silent on this. They're probably praying about this and waiting for an answer from Jehovah.

this really means a lot to her.

she wants you to know that she is coping well with all the stress and excitement, even though she's had years of anger and frustration because of being abused for so long, first by the molester, and then by the wt.

Your battle against the Watchtower not only helps others who have been sexually abused while in the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society but it also helps all of us who have been emotionally abused by this group who claim to have the truth. We have left Mother's Father's Brother's, Sister's, Son's and Daughters stuck in this cult and this may help to free many of them.

I would expect the Watchtower to appeal. $2.8 million is a low price to pay, in order to try to get out of an important precedent that could open a flood of new $28 milllion dollar cases.

This is where I'm confused. In the news article, 60% was owed by the molester which leaves 40%

So what would the Watchtower's final number be,

40% of 7,000,000 with the WT oweing the other 21,000,000. Or

40% of 28,000,000

the wt has been found negligent and ordered to pay $7 million to a vistim of child abuse, plus punitive damages (not yet determined).. the punitive damages may well exceed the $7 million.

I love it, I love it, I love it. This is such great news I have been wondering recently about the real reason the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society has been selling their New York properties. Could this mass sale be motivated by this and other lawsuits to come? I for one hope this is their financial downfall. They need to be taken down before they hurt even more families and inocent people.

Sparlock lives and he's taking down the Watchtower 7 mill at a time.

Obviously you do not understand the way the watchtower works. You ask the question, we give you the answer. Now, about passing gas

The Governing Body has met often and and prayed hard about this problem they have asked Jehovah incessently in prayer to help them with the problem but the older they get, the more gas they pass. Of course as any of the Bethel workers will tell you, "the GB's gas don't stink" but we are off subject.

You bring up a good point and it is true that most that are raped now a days are asking for it. So the Faithful Slave has come up with a 5 point plan to help you with this unclean act of passing gas.

1) Don't drink beer.

According to the Bible, beer was first made by the Pagan Egyptions who passed a lot of gas. So not only will not drinking beer cut down on you gas passing, it we also make you a friend of Jehovah's because you will no longer be pursuing a pagan practice.

2) Poop every morning.

Often times, gas is caused by fecal waste pushing through the large intestine, keeping that part of the body clean will help to keep the fumes down. Also with a clean intestine the gas that passes will be a sweet smell to Jehovah.

3) Don't eat beans.

As you may know, beans is a musical fruit though many scholars will argue that beans are a fruit, the song prooves they are.

4) No cabbage, I repeat, No cabbage

This one doesnt even need explaining. Jehovah didn't make cabbage as a food, he created them to throw at people and though we don't condone violence unless Jehovah says it's alright, a cabbage thrown in a crowd is always a delight, of course so is passing gas.

5) And this is the most important...when you feel a fart is about to start pray to Jehovah to help you hold it in and if you are faithful he will answer your prayer

And don't forget brother jam, you ask the question, we give the answer and we are never wrong

We are saddened to hear that you have not been to a Kindom Hall in many years. We hope you are still sending us money. It is too bad that your are listening to the specious teachings of bitter former brothers and sisters on apostate websites. As you mentioned we have created a special warrior wizard who we like to call Sparlock. Please be assured that all Governing Body members have stopped sleeping with their own personal Sparlock charecters and have decided as a group to throw into the trash bin.

We created the film and charecter because our young ones are leaving us left and right and we wanted to stem the tide so with much prayer and meditation we decided to come up with a grand series of mindless poorly done videos that would capture the minds of children from 3-6 years old. We know that the spirit of the world is overtaking our Rank and File members and we needed to do somthing drastic so we chose to start a campaign to win the hearts and minds of young children.
