Following that line of logic, I propose that the bORG change the name of pioneer to "Door to door publishers who waste more time then other publishers"
That way the congregation won't think that those bigger time wasters are actually uncovering new territory like that of a pioneer.

position is true, the wt may be unwillingly creating the conditions for a great apostasy within.
since many of these men have served for years or decades, and hold on to the religion precisely due to the their position of power (power is hard to renounce), their deletion would make them reconsider their layalty to the society.
The leadership of the bORG are the bigest koolaid drinkers of all. They actually believe the crap they spout and think that their decisions are directed by God so any decision they make has to be right in their minds. That's why they do so many things to shoot themselves in the foot.
So when they make a decision like this they are thinking that all of these CO's are so loyal to them that they will do whatever they say without any problem. You may be right in thinking that there will be a great many of them who jump ship and turn on the bORG. I think there may be some but not enough to sink the "ship of fools" so let's just wait and see. We have an interesting perspective as we sit on the life boats waiting for survivors to jump off and swim over to us so we can help them in.
The "BS bORG" is sinking but we're going to have to wait while the leaders continue to shoot holes in the hull before it goes down. It's going to be a slow process.

I am watching my Mother die right now she has about 4 months left. Lung cancer, she smoked for 40 years quit in 1980 but now has lung cancer. She was diagnosed July 5th and given 6 months.
She has a constant cough, can't eat she's wasting away she has a hard time keeping food down she is emaciated.

WOW Mary, You ROCK that was an excellent synopsis of the worthless tower.
I always thought that likening the plague of locusts to witnesses going door to door was a bit over the top. They are more like annoying flies and they accomplis'sh nothing. That my biggest regret that over the years I wasted so much time knocking on doors and bothering people on Saturday mornings. One thing for sure, I'm getting much more out of the watchtower studies now then I ever did.

we went to our favorite beach, met up with some of our local friends.
we don't have much in the way of details - but heard some devasting news that ari (well known to seattle area exjw's and i am sure by many on the board) killed himself sometime over last weekend.
he was so excited about moving to maui, and starting a new life here.
Shunning is such a powerful tool, it can cut you to the heart.
This again shows how wicked and heartless the watchtower society is. I often wonder how many people I delt with in the past and was a part of d'fing have gone on to kill themselves. I hope none but will never know.

still have a big box of bound volumes 1978-2005 in my garage .The plan was to throw away a few at a time so the garbage man wouldn't get a hernia. However they are now so buried in junk I can't even reach them . I remember the blue binders too . haha
Troubled mind:
Drop them off some night at a kingdumb hall and let the witlesses deal with them. It's funny when they get a load of crap like that, they don't know what to do. They worship them yet they have no use for them so there's usually a big conundrum when they get that crap.

do the witnesses ever do anything of note to help the common man or do they strictly help themselves?.
All in all I think the majority of the witnesses are pretty selfish with their time. Because they have so little of it they use it sparingly to help others. They have to spend so much time helping the Organization they really don't have time for others. So after their month of 6-10 hours in the field circus and 5 hours of meetings and everything else they're told to do they're DONE!
i am being investigated judicially, although weeks are going by without the elders saying anything to me about it.
i still comment and give my talks.. anyway, some of my friends are getting word about me being investigated, some in my family too.
a couple i used to preach with every week no longer call me and bug me to join them.
