I like the WT summary because I can keep on top of the latest line of WTBS bullsh@# without having to actually read the magazine. I can only stand a few minutes at a time of WT crap, so the summary works for me.

I would say November has to be pretty bad, even though I like Thanksgiving. Today is the 6 year anniversary of my mom passing away. <sigh> Oh well.

OK... so legally it can't be sold because of yada yada yada..... Why destroy it? There are people who would like to have it, obviously. The local government who legally takes posession of it should auction it off and use the money for some public good or charity. Stupid idiots. Literally flushing money down the toilet.

How far away was your Kingdom Hall ?

In my teens, we lived on the same road as the Kingdumb Hall. I hated it. My dad usually was the one to open it up and shut it down on meeting nights so we always got the full, extended effect of WT boredom. When I left home one of my deciding factors on a place to live was how far away the nearest hall was. I made sure it was verrrrryyyyyy far away. :)

Truly if a President takes his Oath Of Office seriosuly, relgion shouldn't be a consideration. His oath is to uphold the constitution of the United States and defend America. That's it.
That being said, there are waaaay too many religious groups who seek to elect a candidate based on religios beleifs. Personally, I don't give a crap what religion the President is, just as long as he doesn't expect me to adhere to his beliefs like they were the law of the land. Here in the South, too many relgious groups control things that they should not have a hand in. For instance, rules regarding the availability of alcohol, rules regarding acceptable sexual conduct between people (even if they're married), etc.
Personally, if we had a Jewish president the only thing I'd want to know is where does he get his bagels so I can get some too!

My mom died right after Thanksgiving 2001. She was just a month away from 60. I lost something big when she died suddenly. Something that has happened for the last few years since then makes me think really hard about what happens after people die. I've never told anybody this before because they would probably think I was nuts. But right around Christmas starting 2001 and all the way up to last Christmas, there has been a white dove that lands outside the window where the Christmas tree is and it watches me. For hours. For a few days every December. And every time I've seen this dove I've felt the presence of my mother. I can feel her watching. I can not explain it but I know it was there because I've taken many pictures of it. We bought a new house a few months ago and Chrismas is comming up real soon. I wonder if I'll see this dove at my new house? I hope so.

..Your Best Bargain!..
by OUTLAW ini`ve got a nice gym up here at the ranch..rows of dumbells.a few barbells.lots of free wieghts..and..a few machines.....my hand is healed up from being crushed in the ranch gate and i wanted to get back to working out.....i needed a new bench press.something a little more up to date..so..i headed for civilization......canadian tire had a nice one for $149.95..walmart had one better for $89.95..$89.00 for a bench of that quality??
!..........so..i went and got a shopping cart,so i could put the boxed up bench press,in it..i went to pick up the box..i could barely lift it!..it was like it was bolted to the floor.....was i so out of shape from not working out,i couldn`t lift the bench i wanted to exercise on???..lol!
!.....i managed to get the box waist high and almost into the cart..but not quite..the box is resting on the edge of the shopping cart and moving away from me..now i`m chasing a shopping cart down the isle trying to get the frigg`n box into it.i looked like an idiot!..lol!
