  the article is not yet in print, however on jw.org you will find the audio recording for the february 15, 2009 study edition.. this article sums up some of the talks given over the past year or so.

  it makes clear that we should trust the faithful and discreet slave because jehovah and jesus trust the "slave".

  the slave has been faithfully providing spiritual food for 130 years.

  Yes but they are still serving as a part of the "channel". Death has no real noticeable effect on a Governing Body member's ability to serve up meat in due season to the loyal Witness people.

  a good while back i purchased some space on a web server, hoping to develop out an ex-jw website of sorts.

  that didn't really pan out as planned, but i still have the server space and decided to do something with it.

  i've uploaded just about every single computer document i have that is related to the watchtower is some way, which comes at about just under 6 gigabytes.

  God's "official channel"

  i'm amazed at how many on this forum, believe the gb really believes their own lie, that they are god's "official channel".

  are there many of you that believe as i do.

  i believe somewhere deep down they know they are just fooling people.

  Part of the delusion is that the body of governors actually govern (run) the Watch Tower Conglomerate of corporations. Ask Gene Smalley or Phill Brumley who makes company policy . . . them or the invisible god of the Jews.
  
  The carnival magician and the pretty lady assistant's job is to mesmerize the audience while the pickpockets work the crowd.

  I'd rather talk to a believing Jehovah's Witnesses any day than go to a comedy show. The Witness is much funnier.
  
  The only reason I can think that a person would be a Witness on purpose is they like the regimen of meetings study and service . . . it sure can't be for the food.

  Did anyone hear that not being married cuts off 9 years of your life?

  heard this on the tv tonight that married people live 9 years longer than single people.

  another reason to be pissed at my ex for divorcing me.

  oh well, he is left handed and they live less time than right handers.

  now that they have merged how do you like it.

  having been a dj back in the late 70's early 80's, i loved to listen to the 70's on 7 on xm.

  the morning dj john clay was excellent.

  Is there a dual feed system now? Or are they broadcasting the same programming on both formats?
  
  What format is the new off the shelf radio in? I've never had either but I only get two stations here in Dakota and I get a little bored with them. I don't listen to music at all, just talk. I'm interested in trying satellite radio but I'd want a receiver I could take with me from the truck to the shop to the house.
  
  What retailer do I go to? I have most of the usual national big boxes here.

  Why don't I have friends?

  been in the troof for 30yrs, pionered for 15yrs, became servant and did mts and had loadsa friends.

  faded and now no witness will talk to me.

  i was a crap friend so deserve itmy friends were not real friendsthe religion is to blamenon of the abovecheers.

  When I was shunned by Witness group members, I asked a few why, and they said: "We really didn't like you when you were a Witness.".
  
  I guess that'd explain it.
