  What are you doing to save money on groceries and gas?

  i'm looking for tips.

  i usually shop at a commissary on a military post, the other day i went to a civillian store and found eggs for $3/dozen, milk $5/gallon and bread $3/loaf!

  well even on post it's still expensive.

  I have a VW diesel and i easily get 45mpg. It has digital air con and can cruise all day at 70 mph or 80 where permitted very comfortably.

  I also plan my journeys better so i do fewer miles.

  I know your feelings for Ferrari and appreciate them. Hamilton should have won his first season he was robbed imo buy a team mate who was ungracious. But hey that is F1 sometimes

  i received the following from a jw friend who received the information from a jw who lives in the area of the case.

  theres a guy from merseyside called james challinnor who married a geordie lass and lives in ferry hill just outside of durham - and her liver is failing.

  been bad for years apparently.

  Why does France get two races?

  I would have thought that the US would be a big enough market ti get 2 or 3 races .

  for those of you who followed my weight watchers thread (http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/157445/1.ashx) ... i am so excited to announce that this week i hit the 10 kg mark (22lbs) .

  this is going so well and i am feeling very proud of myself, and also looking a lot better.. .

  leaving the borg of jehovah presents a somewhat lonely existence for many of us fallen angels.

  for a time we may seek to find an entirely new body-associate.

  many may find that after so many years in a controlled environment like the watchtower that they have a hard time finding a large group of friends again.

  Yes very much so.. Since leaving the wts i have learned to trust myself more.

  I am natuarally a very gregarious person, and like a number of such people i need time to reflect, which i do when no one is up .

  In the last year i have been more happy within myself than ever, and am planning change, which i looking forward to.

  As an aside i am enoying cultural things far more

  I am definitely not a loner
