Welcome Baby Meadow Joanne
by diamondblue1974 intoday (29th august 2008) at 5.22pm baby meadow arrived weighing 6lb 7oz; she was born at home in a birthing pool without any medical interventions other than gas and air; both mother and baby are well (although dawn is well and truly exhausted from a 12 hour birthing).
i am immensely proud of them both.
today my world was made complete!.

My favorite healthy snack...
by Gregor injust started recently but i love it and see no reason not to continue.
once a day, usually breakfast or lunch.... breakfast - slice of whole wheat bread with a generous tablespoon of olive oil rubbed in washed down with small 2-3 oz glass of red wine.. or.
lunch - slice of whole wheat bread toasted, rubbed with a clove of garlic, smeared with tbsp of olive oil folded over a nice bit of cheese and wshed down with a 4-5 oz glass of red wine.. eat pretty much anything i want otherwise.

Was also having one glass wine/day with dinner. Had to stop for a while. Even though it is the healthy thing to do, it is apparently too much for certain metabolism. And unfortunately, I seem to be in that category:-( Had an ultrasound last week...waiting to see what happens with this. Goodness knows I love my glass of red! -

Can somebody shed light on the 'new light' about shunning?
by Kinjiro ini've read several threads stating that during the last dc, 'new light' was shed (not shet) on the subject of shunning, making it even worse than it was before.... if anybody has the specifics on this, i would like to know.... domo arigato.

by cameo-d inseems i am not the only one who got hit.. my computer is still acting up even after downloading more security.. within 30 seconds of clicking on mamasix website link a couple of days ago i ended up with virus.. then, within a few hours i had 7 trojan horses.. the virus was html/framer.2 .
it is not healable.
i locked it in vault, but some of these other attachements are still screwing with my machine.. missing link said: have you removed the pop-up viruses yet?.

Even though JWD is not closing shop tomorrow, we all know we will be faced with a choice sooner than later.
Some have already decided it is now time to enjoy real life. But many still need an outlet.
Simon started this forum and it became the success that it is today. It started with only a handfull of members I am sure, and many glitches along the way.
I am not one to rain on another's parade. I have joined amama2six's site, along with many others. What will happen next? I don't know the future. But for now, it is my new home away from home~
