We need to keep reminding ourselves that Jehovahs day is getting closer.Those who are elderly in the truth today may remember this warning in 1914.Then 1918- 1925 nevertheless Jehovahs day is close just like we said in 1975 but this time we are ten times as serious this time because it is really here! We kid you --- NOT.Dont worry about those boring things in life such as food, clothes, money, life,etc trust in the faithfull and indiscreet slave ~~driver~~ and you will get away safe as houses.Jehovah wants the best out of YOU! This system is fast slipping away you can see it in the wars the economy and housing markets, so trust in Jeh edgar hoover and you WILL be happy.

Watched the film Sicko by Michael Moore......

watched this film last night and i just wondered what others thoughts are on it........sorry if this topic has already been discussed.. basically the film picks on the usa's health care system as compared to other countries including canada, britain, france and cuba.. in britain we take for granted the nhs which we pay for through national insurance contributions, children up to 16 and the retired over 65 get free health care.............watching sicko made me appreciative of the system we have in place which is similar to the other countries mentioned.. thoughts anybody???

would kill billions of people for any reason.. would require family members to not speak to a member of their own family.. would require a parent to stone a child for being a bad boy.. would require probably millions of animals to be slaughtered and make smoke for him.. would let a rapist of a young girl have the privilege of marrying her.. would let mankind suffer for thousands of years to prove something to his heavenly creatures.. would let horrible "natural" tragedies occur, killing millions of people, when they don't have to happen.. would communicate to mankind by writing to them.....but not keep any originals around....like pyramids.. would want to be worshiped in the first place.....i just don't get it........................you can add your own if you want..........oompa.

One thing i dont get is jesus said " suffer not the little children to come to me".Well if i could speak to jesus i would like to ask him " how did you feel when your father murdered all those little children to prove he was the better god? I just dont get it!

lets say that the watchtower approached you to help them be more successful, so that more people join and be happier jw's.. what would you suggest?.

I would suggest they lighten up on the boring kingdom songs book and start playing some trance and drum and base at the meetings.For example if you was to have a talk on jesus sets you free- you could kickstart this with- en trance- set you free.Throw in some flashing lights and they could convert the clubbers.

losing the plot for jehoovah

has anyone ever met people whithin the kingdom mall that are seriously mentally unstable to the point of completly losing it?.

for example ive heard from members of my cong that we once had a guy who believed he was an angel and would try to eat the bread and wine at the memorial evening[ and the elders would stop him].theres been many others ive heard of.at one assembly a poor old guy was giving a talk and i overheard someone i know mention how " he gives good talks but hes had a big nervous breakdown over the years".

i was suspicous when i heard these things then but now all these things start to fit into place.i mean how can an organization who professes gods backing have so much mental instability.. .

have you ever met people who were so smart they were stupid?

i mean, really smart folk, but just.....not quite all there......i'm guilty of being an airhead.

it's not something i'm particularly proud of, but i've learned to own and embrace many of my shortcomings.

I think with me the watchtowers constant perfectionist influence has completley worn me down now at this stage in my life.It comes from being told to go to meetings after working all day and being totally tired out.From being pushed to stand on the platform and talk and talk and .... from being made to constantly analize yourself and wonder whether jehhoovah will be pleased with you.To go out on the ministroni in the rain and pretend to be happy.And to question every little thing in life.

Talking of which im doing this now.

Im starting to feel for once that its time for a bit of me time.
