The End of Circuit Overseers
by scotsman inis indeed apparently nigh as another poster predicted along with the end of the weekly bs.
not sure when this should take place but i'm reliably informed by a family member that one of the uk's overseers was talking about it fairly recently.
reduced to weekend visits by an outside but local elder instead.. i have no further info..

i decided to go to beth sarim, home of the princes and ancient worthies.
so i loaded up the truck and rolled out, wondering what do you do when you meet someone so ancient that the roman empire was a mere twinkling in jehovah's eye.

by Olin Moyles Ghost infirst, some background: when i first began to have doubts about whether the jw religion was "the truth," i performed quite a bit of research on the faithful and discreet slave doctrine...in the society's literature, of course.
like many of us, i had never really examined the doctrine.
well, needless to say (but i'll say it anyway), i found major flaws in the society's interpretation of the parable of the faithful and discreet slave.

It is because in 1918 many Bible Students split from the WTS. So, they had to invent an event that Jesus decided the WTS is the true religion and not the other Bible Students as well.

by edmond dantes indo the brooklyn boys have outside help when it comes to making changes within the borg?
