To German JW or Any Other German Speakers

i was trying to find one of my writings on the net for someone who asked for it (i lost many of them in hard drive crashes and stuff) and ran across this link on the net.

i think it is a german version of my life story, but i don't know a thing about the german language.. can you help me out here on this?

after all, my name is attached to it, and it could be "mein kampf" with my name attached!

BTW, I know that Stephan E. Wolf, Infolink webmaster, is a professional translator (his wife is from the US). He also works together with XJW translator Herbert Raab.

I am very confident that the translation on his site is a good one.

I cannot get specific but IIRC the Scriptual support of 1935 must be near the verses supporting 1919. ;-)

Did you destroy your records/LPs/Tapes?

i am just wondering.

for those of you who were jehovah's witnesses back in the late 70s and early 80s, did any of you ever destroy your records/lps or cassette tapes after one of those talks at an assembly about 'demonic music', 'backwards masking' and so on?

i remember i had some records destroyed, but i couldn't do it.

This is one of the more embarassing chapters of my life. A single mother once asked me to take a look at her daughter's CD collection. Well, and with a serious face I took away some of her CDs.

It is years ago, I apologized to her recently.

Well, today I own some CDs from Eminem, Metallica and Michael Jackson. Queen always was one of my favorites but I was told that "Another one bites the dust" is backwards "Decide to smoke mariyuana". It was even mentioned in a WT. You can find some pages about backward masking on the Net with examples in real audio.

To me this is all suggestive.

I admit: I bought the German JW-game Freude mit Biblischen Fragen (Joy with Biblical Questions), some kind of Trivial Pursuit, available at http://www.krispens.de

But there was not anyone willing to play. I guess they were afraid to get embarassed.
