  Circuit Leasing selling on JW.ORG ????

  so i was poking around jw.org a lil recently...... noticed this advertisement was still present in the 'privileged' section (ie you gotta have login access).

  this was posted on jw.org a little over a year ago (as shown in pic) but since it is still viewable......figured it is fair-game for jwn fodder.

  thoughts?????.

  University after leaving the Watchtower?

  i'm starting this thread in the hopes of finding... uh, hope.... and sharing it with others who are in a similar boat.

  i'm looking for input from anyone who meets the following criteria:.

  • raised by devout JWs (Thank God)
  • skipped university after high school due to Watchtower propaganda
  • got married and had one or more kids
  • woke up later and left the WT
  • decided to invest in a real university education
  • not made of time or money

  41 years old and am a couple of semesters away from starting RN school. Currently have a 3.3 GPA after 5 or 6 years of on again and off again local JUCO. Going to get the ADN then the BSN and hopefully the MSN.

  I wish to inquire about the purchase of one these fine spiritual vehicles. I will however have to ask that the emblems that proclaim the vehicle to be a "LaCrosse" will have to be removed. "LaCrosse" as you know is a Francophone term used to denote "The Cross", an obvious sign of the reach of Christendom. I await your "Meat in Due Season" with baited breath.

  i really have nothing much more to say, except to say thank you to all the people who have contributed to me in my threads and all the people whom i battled over the years.

  the battles have been most entertaining and enlightening.

  i've learned a great deal from them, and i've laughed a great deal from the idiotic attempts of fools to make a coherent argument (think "dubs").. it's been a roller-coaster ride for me over a decade and it has consumed a huge amount of my time.

  the little girl was speaking slowly to the psychologist (who was taking notes rapidly) and choosing her words haltingly.. it was obvious to the policemen nearby that she was upset, shaken and trying to cope with her distress.. "my uncle took me to live with him when my parents died in the plane crash.

  he bought my clothes, cooked my meals and made sure i had games to play, tv to watch and any dolls or toys i asked for.".

  she stopped momentarily...as if to sift her thoughts around.

  The Leader is a myth. You don't need anyone to lead you nor do you need to lead. You may "want" to be lead or "want" to lead someone but I don't feel that humans really need either.

  If you ever show up at my door at 8:30 in the morning unannounced again and proceed to grill my wife for 30 minutes about my actions, knowing full well that she is/was in a very fragile state (undergoing peritoneal dialysis), the following will happen.

  I will find you and I will beat you to fuckin' death with my bare hands and then I'll burn your goddamn house down.
