Latest Watchtower lays into the United Nations like nothing ever happened...

for those of us who are familiar with the watch tower society's 9-year affiliation with the united nations as an ngo (non-governmental organization), a portion of the latest "armageddon article" produced in the september 15th 2012 study edition provides some interesting reading.. for those not familiar with the scandal, i can do no better than point you in the direction of the pertinent article over on jwfacts.com, which you can access via the following link:.

Interesting. I called the headquarters a few years ago and asked about their current view of the United Nations. The guy I talked to couldn't find any quotes since they stopped being an NGO.

If it's a real kingdom melody, we could just get the english version, rather than translating a translation (same thing with the scriptures). If someone here is familiar with the original language, it would make it easier to get a good translation that fits the original intent of the film.

Beware of Sparlock! Pay No Attention To The Pedophiles Behind The Curtain!

isn't it ironic that the governing body saw fit to produce a child's video warning about the dangers of plastic toys while trying to cover up the danger of sexual predators in their kingdom halls?.

even the theme to listen, obey and be blessed only reinforces the kind of culture that allows the abuse of children to go unnoticed for years.. the callous disregard for children is mind boggling.. i suspect that the governing body knew that there could be some expensive settlements coming up and rushed the production of the ill advised sparlock video to try to squeeze a few more donations out of the rank and file while they still have a chance.

they probably didn't take time to consider that it would only add to their troubles and expose their hypocrisy.. .
