Yes, I do, and have owned and operated my own business for 28 years. I have had "witnesses" work for me and I have had non-jw's work for me. The jw's were useless, always had an excuse for not showing up, always played the" Uh, brother", card with me over everything. The non-jw's were fine.
I have known other jw's that were crooks and scoundrels, including MANY elders that were always trying to take advantage of their own.

Normally, and I do MEAN NORMALLY, if a person is not baptised they may NOT allow him to be in the party. However, he is YOUR friend and your not having gone to meetings shouldn't have any bearing on this at all. Carry on fading after the nuptials.

there is some debate about whether animals have it or we are just projecting our frame of reference onto the animal.. i think some animals have it.
Total mind control......Example. My older son. Active jw, 34, married, one son , now 6. I was df'd in 2001. My grand son was born not long after. Even though my son only lived 6 house down the street from me, he WOULD NOT!!!! allow me to see my grandson.
He came by one day for something, I think I had made an issue about this. Anyways, he's standing on my porch and he tells me this......" Dad, there has to be PUNISHMENT". He broke my heart even more than he'd done prior on this matter. I responded to him, " I think that you mean DISCIPLINE, don't you?" He ran off of my porch much to fast......straight for home, 6 houses down the street.
Eventually, he warmed up, i think he put some thoughts to what he said, he does have a heart, I know, I created him, didn't I??
Since my re-instatement he has warmed back up and we are TRYING..................
