  I Have the Pwer to Run them Away

  now, having been on the other side of the fence, so to speak, and having had hoa's run me out of their subdivision, the shoe is on the other foot.

  as i said in my come back post yesterday, i have become very active in my local community.

  i am the president of our home owner's association.

  I'm sharing my FIRST christmas with my son........

  this wil be my younger son, 30. my new bride and myself have been celebrating christmas now for 5 years.

  when we got married she told me that her friends called her mrs. christmas.

  i soon found out why when we started to move her in the house.

  cmon now, even i was better at the door thatn this poor old fella.

  so, i'm sitting here reading the latest threads and my door bell rings, yeah, just 2 minutes ago.

  so, i'm thinking maybe it's the mail man with a package i'm expecting, no it's an older, like 70, jw bro.

  My EX still has a hold on our son....

  a couple of weeks ago i had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast with my younger son, 30. he hasn't been to meetings in over 2 years and i was able to help him move in with his girlfriend,22, not a jw a month or so earlier.

  he'hasn't been df'd, as of yet for that , although i know that there are probaby those who have the opportunity to do him in.

  i really don't know yet whether he is happy in his new lfe, but i do know that he still holds the desire to some day go back.

  so, i was just reading over confession's post about the latest tract.

  it was quite obvious that the dub didn't hear a word that was said about why they quit being a witness.

  so, here's my question and a statement.

  i am not very confrontational but i have expierenced much in my time as a jw, over 43 years.

  My Son's Shunning begins......So Sad

  in an earlier thread i spoke of my younger son going to move in with his girlfriend, non jw.

  he's 30, baptised, divorced hasn't been to meetings in three years and in good standing.

  so, yesterday i had the opportunity to help him move.
