we bought land!.
some of you might remember a delema i had a couple of months ago over buying a house... and gave lots of great advice.. well, we ended up buying a large block of land (modern developers would cram 8 houses on it) one hour outside the city in a really nice little town of only 250 people.
the block has an 1860 ruin on it that looks like an old school or church.

when i think back to my childhood, i get kinda sad.

and 20 years of my life...
sucking it up and getting on with THIS life now
well, its been about 2 1/2 years and have slowly done less and less.
i've been to about 30 minutes of a meeting in the last month and a half where i stayed out back and with my daughter.. i've been looking for the right timing to leave but had decided i will go anyways by the time my daughter is about 1 years old.
but, it just so happens that my some members of my family including and mostly my parents have actually given me a good enough of an excuse to get out.. they have broken to many rules.

that as we became "distracted" from
the hamster wheel race of all things
b0rg, our lives got busy with other
things that ultimately became more
meaningful, and frankly, productive.....

everytime my family goes out in service now, its seems its for a new "special campaign".
already this year has been:.
1) memorial invitations.
invitations to a DC are so laughably useless (except maybe in the host city)!!
the DC we attended was a 7 hour drive to another state!
guess how many people getting an invite
out here in east bum chuck EVER said: HEY!
i think i am gonna pack up, rent a hotel room
and pay for the roundtrip fuel costs to go to
this amazing thing they call a district convention!
why, i am sure the cost of food for a family of 4
