  so, i recently finished reading "the god delusion" by richard dawkins.

  i read it with a certain amount of hesitation.

  after all, i am still recovering from my disappointment at realizing that the wts is not god's organization.

  I have watched Dawkins in a few debates and most recently in a BBC program on Charles Darwin and evolution but I haven't been so bold as to read God Delusion book. 10 minutes of the film was more than I could stomach.

  Dawkins probably doesn't have much to leave the scientific world save his selfish gene theorem and will certainly be far more well known for his anti-God evangelising which seem to be the real thrust of his work.

  So, you've read the book. The only thing to do is read the responses.

  ...i know i'm asking a lot of questions today.

  the questions just keep rolling.... when i told my parents that a great crowd is mentioned as being in heaven.

  i also mentioned to them how paradise isnt mentioned in revelations.

  any false prophet, who would make such a claim as this, quite clearly, does not understand the holy writings.

  the fact of the matter, is, such a claim would actually stamp this one as a false prophet, and not a true prophet of jehovah god at all.

  Understood. Any venting of mine is again the organisation, not JWs themselves.

  the average j.w. loves god and jesus and would live or die for them!

  Trouble is "jehovah" is a false god created by the WT and their Jesus is a false "a god" too :(

  jehovah god is sending help to purge out the presumtous power hungry wolves that are feeding on the sheeplike average jehovah wittnesses, i am just a messenger, i am a real wittnesses!
  i pray to god who guides me with the help of jesus and the holy spirit im the w.b.t.s. worst nightmare! i have come out of borg ville and i know how to kill the l deceptions slap dead im going to start one at a time! you guys help pass on the cures! with your help we can all get were jesus wants us,

  They would try to make us all believe, that Jehovah, through his Holy Spirit has led them along a 130 year record of failed predictions and false Prophecies. That is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit of the highest order. Yes! They are an Organization of Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Pure and simple! Wannabe

  Jesus Is Not the Atonement.

  the new testament is full of applications of passover imagery to the execution of jesus.

  however, passover had nothing to do with atonement for sins.

  in this video, we'll see how jesus' death failed to fulfill the actual jewish ritual for atonement on the day of atonement (yom kippur)--this despite all the claims that jesus perfectly fulfilled the law.. what say some of our in house theologians?.
