i studied w/ the witnesses for a number of years, to be specific, for 10 years (since i was a child) but never actually became one; though, i was counted as one in the yearbooks as a "publisher.
" so, as far as i got was as an unbaptized publisher.

I HATE this religion
by brotherdan inso today was my first sunday meeting that i didn't go with my wife.
as an update she has decided not to move out right now...because she doesn't have anywhere to go.
but she is giving me the silent treatment.

I'll never forget that TD Jakes sermon regarding the bags we can carry around. As he did so he walked around the stage loaded up with all kinds of bags and suitcases, each labelled with a particular word on them.
Couldn't see it in YouTubeland but if anyone has a link I'd sure like to see it again some time.

God has been speaking to me all along. And here I thought it was just my internal voice of reason. Foolish me!

Stephen, sorry for my ignorance in all things "church", but what is a prayer meeting?
Naturally there is prayer any time we meet. However, a "prayer meeting" is generally though as an intercessory meeting, for the lost, for the saints, for whatever and whoever the Spirit puts on our hearts.
