Could be another wild ride tonight/Sunday.

I'm sure, nobody wants to give Jehovah a bad name. Therefore, we need to do our best to protect his reputation.
Jehovah needs people to protect his reputation? LOL

ponder this!
by rekless inin the bible it says, "for those who die; they have been aquitted of their sins, "
so why do jws continue to shunn sinners, if we die we are better off than they are because our tresspasses have been forgiven.
what you think?

"for those who die; they have been aquitted of their sins, "
So for JWs who have non-JW family and friends that they don't want to see get destroyed by God at Armegedon, wouldn't the loving thing for them to do is put a bullet in their head?
Then their sins will have been aquitted and they will be guaranteed a resurrection in the new world order.
Call it a preemtive strike against god killing them for all eternity.

A couple of years ago there was someone from this site that was working on a book. Can't remember who it was or if the book was ever published.
If you decide to go forward I may be able to help you out with some of the info on his early life as I have done some research in that area and then lost interest. I know where he grew up, have visited the location of the town, farm & church that he attended, his parents are burried in the cemetery adjacent to the farm. I know where he attended school and the law firm where he worked before going to NY. I live close to where he grew up and lived prior to going to new york so I have access to historical libraries in the area.
Of course we would have to negotiate royalties from any profits made from the book.

I got deleted from the Kingdom Hall once, but they let me back in after about a year.
One week, one year..... same soup different kitchen.
AlanF had a posting style that was unique from day one that really made people think when they tried to stick their head in the sand and ignore sound logic. It was his essays and debates while assertive at times that helped my exit from the WT the most. Because they really made you think. As far as what I could tell, he never changed his posting style from even before JWD existed, but all of the sudden it became a big problem.
Farkel had some good stuff too. Anyone heard anything from Doug? Now I am in the mood for some of his Christmas music.
Their depature is a huge loss to JWD IMO.

Gerrit Loesch GB Speaker at KC convention
by stillajwexelder ingerritt loesch was the gb speaker today at the kc convention - and what a boring old fart he was - i fell asleep and so did my wife

KC MO was the venue of the last DC that I attended. Gerritt Loesch was the guest speaker then also. I remember because when he was going on a rant about sisters dating and marying out side of the org, then he said,
"What about those who married out side and it all worked out for the good and the mate is now a JW? We don't care about them!" That's right, he said "We don't care about them!"
Since this was the situation in my case, I married outside and my wife converted to JW, it really P.O. the both of us. That's right, the GB does not care about a couple JW in good standing because people could point to them as an example where it worked. Well the GB does not like that, it's not supposed to work. He spoke from his heart when he said; " We don't care about them!"
That was the last DC I ever attended, because frankly, I don't care about them anymore.
The KC venue really sucked too, lighting so bad that 50% of the audience could not read the bible becase it was too dark. There was one main corridor and the crowds during the break were so bad you could not even walk through the halls without feeling like you were crammed in a cattle car.
Stilla, Did you find any of the talks not booring? Please share any interesting details.
Best Regards, -B.D.

ATTENTION District Convention Attendees!
by RichieRich inat some convention sites, there will be protests by apostates.
at other conventions, apostates will covertly slip in and leave messages on cars.
however, not everyone has the fortitude to protest nor the time.

Good idea, only I would have to go to a DC to make use of it and that won't happen.
My suggestion would be to drop the Anarchy symbol, it was the first thing that jumped out at me when I looked at the check and IMO it makes who ever drops it in the box look like a nut job. I also agree that the UN message would get more people interested than silentlambs.
