Silly things I wondered as a kid
by exwhyzee inif god is like a loving father why did he set up a way for adam and eve to possibly fail by putting the "magic tree" in the garden?
if my dad sabotaged his kids this way or felt the need to test our love him he'd be considered an abusive father.. when god put an angel with a spinning sword in front of the entrance to the garden why didn't a&e walk a few miles down from there and climb over the wall ?
was there a wall ?.

I also had many of the same questions as a child and even now . For instance, why does Jehovah allow such suffering when he has the power to end it? It makes no sense!

Sick little boy!
by crapola inmy 10 year old grandson is in the hospital with really high blood pressure.
he has a urinary tract blockage which is affecting his kidney function,which resulted in the high blood pressure.
his dad, soonernc7 and his mom are with him now.

My little grandson is still sick. They can't do the procedure to remove the blockage because he now has a bladder infection! And the bad #'s are rising again. So he will be in the hospital probably another week. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

A few new pictures from Alaska
by upnorth inlast week (i left on 5-17-10) i was sent to juneau to work i took about 5 gb worth of pictures and a few short video clips.
the camera was a nikon coolpix l22, it's a pretty decent little camera.
unfortunately it had a dust spot or two under the lens.

Well, we got some good news today. The kidneys are beginning to function a little better and if the numbers keep falling,"which is a good thing", then they can do the procedure to remove the blockage and he can go home. But probably that won't happen until sometime next week. What a way to not finish the last week of school!
