I think she is mentally unstable and the poor children will pay the price. How can they be properly cared for even with help?
My daughter and her husband have 2 little girls 10 months apart and they nearly drive crazy sometimes. I can't even imagine more than that!!!

by oompa inso we talked briefly by phone after she read this email/letter, and we talked about the masturbation point and married sex stuff....i asked what were the biblical reasons for fds teachings....she said for masturbation it was "deaden therefor your body members"....i said that did not mention masturbations....then it hit me.....crap....masturbation is how you deaden your body members!!
!......esp as a kid....your all excited (horny)....so how do you deaden it?....the answer is obvious.........oompa.

Oompa, I have asked the very same questions!!! It's crazy how when you ask the questions they look at you like you are an idiot. I was talking to mu mom just last night and she was on my case about meetings and how I'd surely die at the big A and I asked her about the blood fraction deal. She could'nt answer me. Said she would have to do some research on it. Well, I still don't have her answer because there is'nt a logical one.
It really makes me mad to know how screwed up her thoughts are but she says I'll die!Makes me crazy.

i have my 3-d eye glasses....and i saw two really old ladies today...
by oompa inno i did not see them with the 3-d glasses....i just did not want to do two seperate threads...they have nothing to do with the old ladies.
the old ladies at th grocery store........one in a wheelchair trying to get out of it and into the car...the other old lady trying to help her had to be her daughter.....she looked about 75...the mother looked at least 95....i just sat and watched the whole process....it went very very slowly.
i must confess, i look at old people a lot...esp nice old coulples that you can tell have been married 50 years.

Oompa, my sister was talking to some of the sisters in her congregation the other day about growing older and all the wrinkles, etc.
They also mentioned the effect of gravity on the body as well. It made one of them remember a story about a woman who was so depressed about aging that she wanted to commit suicide. So she called her Dr. and asked him where exactly the heart is located. He said, "It's right under your left breast". Well, the next morning the headlines in the local newspaper read
"Woman tries to commit suicide. Shoots self in left knee".
So we all have alot to look forward to or dread, which ever way you want to look at it.

i had an interesting evening....with a great 10 yr. old
by oompa ini reached out tonight....told my jw wife i was going to a friends house to watch a basketball game....which was true...but also told her that the invite came from a kid who loves me and his dad is df'd....the invite was really from the dad, but the kid did want to see me...poor kid still has to go to meetings when he is with the jw wife btw...i love this kid and always have.... so anyhoo........his new wife...jewish btw...was totally informed on my situation...and so .......crap i can not think of the word...but she understands pretty well the weird marrige i have now that i am out and my wife in still a jw......she gets the shunning thing of course...since her jw inlaws are absent of their life...... and this kid i love...since he was was born.... has always had some probems ..he is only ten now.......and is a.d.d times ten....his attention span was just god awful but he is now better..ya..on meds a bit....but back when he was little...and i helped his parents out by keeping him during the meetings...he would just frikkin wear them out!.....i learned that i had to put more and more items in my suit coat pockets to keep him busy as he sat in my lap...i mean they were frikkin loaded up with gadgets...toys...candy....tietacs..leggos...paperclips....anything that would keep him busy....... so now......after 7 or 8 years of this kid being out of our congo....i am the only one he even remembers......really...the only one i found out tonight........i am the only one who who has stayed in touch because i did not shun his dad...or even his mom who ran off with another guy.................this is a great kid who does not deserve the loss of all the other friends he should have had growing up.............pathetic...............oompa.
oh...and i reached out...not by seeing the kid...but by having an evening with a dfd friend despite my jw wife...and btw...she likes this kid too...but will not visit..... .

Has anyone been affected by the poor economy?
by heyfea inevery weekend we used to spend a few hundred dollars going out to lunch.
but since less than a year, we no longer go out.
my husband business has been very slow, and on top of that, the management companies he does work for, do not pay him right away.
