they are more jewish than gentile in every sense.

they are more christianized jew than any other christian religion, imo.

if jesus were to look for a religious home close to the first century religious home he lived in i believe the witnesses would both negatively and positively fit the bill.

exjw teens....how do we handle the sex and drug problems that come up.

not much is said here about exjw teenage pregnancies or other problems such as contraceptives and ex jw teens, or drugs and alcohol and exjw teens.

did your teenage kids have a problem with sex and drugs after you and your teens left the watchtower?

The Human Face

the human face is unique.

it is the window to the mind.

dogs wag their tales when they're happy and down their ears when they're afraid or puzzled but people, by their facial expressions, are able to transmit much more subtle and/or complex messages and are capable of doing so at will if we so desire.. .

do you believe the bible is the word of god?

i ask because i believe it's important for searching jws who come here to not only learn if there are christians here but also to hear from them personally what their thoughts on the bible are.

i believe the bible is the word of god, do other chriatians here also believe that?.

The Cross and the Passover

the cross and the passover have a connection not ususally noticed.

exodus 12:22, "and you shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that is in the basin....".

the blood of the passover lamb was splashed upon the two doorposts and the lintel, it marked three places on the wooden doorway.. the blood of the christ also marked three places on the wooden cross.
