It has taken leaving the Jehovah’s witnesses to allow myself, to learn and accept that salvation comes by Grace from Jehovah, not because of anything we do, humans can never on their own attain salvation or coheres god into giving them life (salvation).
This concept of Jehovah’s Witnesses has been their biggest fallacy or (spiritual downfall), that of earning your way into salvation or gods favor. The Ransom price paid in behalf of all mankind for a true student of the bible should instill in them a deep appreciation and a feeling of security for the future, knowing that this provision covers every human that has ever been born. He offered up his son for everyone, during the reign of his son then all mankind the resurrected ones as well as those living (will) have really their first authentic chance at learning and accepting, and progressively attaining perfection. Then we can know what it’s like to really live.

One has to first know for sure that it is the truth, and if you are banned or sanctioned from reading opposing material that may or may not say something derogatory about the WTBTS, then it’s time to wake up you duffus and admit that maybe you are in a cult their Virginia. Blondie you never cease amazing me with your logical reasoning along these lines. I have great respect for the “Associated Bible Students” that are scattered throughout the world; they have not evolved themselves into a cult with its thin veneer like the Watchtower Society has. Keep up the good work.

Is Jehovah Telling the Governing Body to Shut Down?

rutherford is reported to have sought cash and rationed coal as a test of jehovah's will.
knorr reported on getting an unexpected windfall of cash when they sought to buy the towers hotel.. but from where i sit, jehovah seems to have become very ungenerous towards these would-be theocrats, in recent years.. they dumped subscriptions.. they cut literature.. they went to paperbacks.. they cut magazines, by my count, for the third time.. they laid off bethelites.. they sold off brooklyn buildings.. they sold off printing/binding equipment.. so, now their latest 'litmus test' of jehovah's will is to simply dump the magazines in one lump and tell people to only take what they need.

Well first, don’t you know yet that Jehovah does not deal with or use the Jehovah’s Witness organization? If how they treat each other is any indication of how they match up to the scriptures admonition of “you will know my people by the love they show each other”, well, that pretty much knocks the ball (them) out of the stadium.

My first gut feeling was that you are a extra sanctimonious Jehovah’s Witness, who feels he can gain some brownie points with the almighty, and their-by earn his way to salvation, apart from his “amazing grace” he shows to all humans.

Getting into Arguments with JW's...
by ForbiddenFruit ini'm trying to fade away, but i sometimes find myself in discussions or arguments with jw family/friends/white haired virgin elders.
now, i usually have them beat on things but i'm not very experienced, so i was thinking if you guys could help me put together a list of completely unanswerable questions to pose to my jw friends/family/elders so they can stop bugging me.
if i keep asking them questions they simply cannot answer, then they might leave them alone.
