Yes, for the love of Mike, even in a worldly court of law the defendant is free to use the law library and have access to any and all information dealing with judicial legal matters, nothing is hidden from the defendant. This is not the case with the Witnesses in the little back room the pompous elders under the direction of the Society, have special judicial publications protected tooth and nail from the congregation defendant. What a bunch of B.S

Differ from Cults,” Well Virginia, not by very much; they are a cult to any educated person who knows how to read at fifth grade level. But, if you were raised in te organization or been attending meetings and eagerly paying heed to everything they say in their magazines without questioning them from time to time, then you are lost deep in an abbess of apathy where should not be.

"holding out hope" or"coming back to Jah"
by Iwonder17 inomfg i can't stand it anymore.. i am so sick of hearing and reading things from my family that says that they are "holding out hope" that i will come back.
or they say that they are praying to jehovah that i will come back.. what other religion is so crazy that they say these things?!?!?!?!
if a buddhist person decides not to go to their church anymore, do their parents/family bombard them with this crap?

Coming back to “Jah,” just hearing that to me, is so pampas. Again they assume Jehovah is them and they are Jehovah, the heavenly father could not possibly view that with approval. I feel such terms are god dishonoring, to lower him to a human level.

Nov.15th WT - Treasure your Place in Congregation- "Obey the Slave Class! "
by flipper inonce again the extremely controlling measures taken by the wt society are evident in the "witness only " nov.15th wt article " treasure your place in the congregation ".
as time goes on the governing body keeps pushing the thought into witnesses minds that the " faithful & discreet slave " is the boss , god, main enchilada , the one through whom rank and file witnesses must answer to in order for jehovah to approve them.
so strap your seat belts on: this should be interesting.. under the subheading " cherish our place- how ?

by tryingtoexit inwhat's good a-ebody??
just thought i'd share this email with yall real quick.
it still amazes me that i was a jehovah's witness for 27 years and never thought twice about these types of talks other than i need to make sure my act is together when the end comes, and now i can't even read/hear it without getting mad.

It sounds like to me that the GB member forgot the value of Christ redeeming sacrifice.

If You Leave The Organization Where Else Must You Go?
by minimus init seems the watchtower leaders believe that if you were to think about leaving the organization (and listen to "apostates") that you must have a place to go in return.
they feel you must have something, if you were to not accept the organization.
you need hope and belief in something.

Out the Kingdom Hall door son. Anywhere is better than there, go where people first don’t seek control, and want to deprive you of spiritual truths og gods word by replacing it with their own BS.

I tell them that I have now gone to the original real Bible Students, not the breakaway group known as Jehovah’s Witnesses, who’s real leader for so long was Judge Rutherford, a demigod of a high order, making ridicules rules and mandates, that went way beyond what was ever written in the bible.

Twinkle toes, with heartfelt condolences I read your post. I lost my daughter and brother with in a year, with the same Lack of mutual love that should have existed at that time for those who profess to be Christ like. In my case, I have found comfort in the form of hope from the real Bible Students, the original ones, I had never been so overwhelmed with such kindness from people that I had never met before, in the form of cards letters and emails at just the right time; incidentally at that time my daughter was disfellowshiped. How they: {"the Witnesses} treated me and my family at that time should have been criminal. What a wasted life I have spent wiith these charlatans, you will see your mother in the age to come.
