  first i want to thank robyn for answering my email regarding the forum.

  i was having (technical) problems becomeing a member.

  so i'm helping out my mother with her garage sale this weekend.

  kinda boring sitting around in the heat (although i can't complain too much since we were in a nice patch of shade and had a decent breeze).

  a "customer" pulls in and my mother quietly whispers to me "isn't that so-n-so's dad (a dub girl i went to school with).

  Weird thinking, like someone saying they do not want kids because they might grow up to be sex craved axe murdering psychotics. I am sure this is some form of paranoia. Makes you winder what kind of paranoia the dubs have not invented yet....

  Where are you going when you die?

  a questions that has been on my mind for 20+ years that i have been away.. and more recently - a friend of my sons was killed.

  he ask me "mom where are you going when you die?

  " i am worried because if you die, i don't know where you are going.

  All that will be left of me after I die will be the echos of my existance in the memories of others. Whether these will be pleasant or unpleasant memories depends on the amount of worship given to said subject.

  Is God out there?

  i have left the org for many years now.

  sometimes i think jehovah is there, sometimes i think there cannot be a god for all the suffering that we see happening in this world.. just lately i have been wondering if god really exists, is the bible his word or is it all just a load of b*****ks.

  i have looked into other religions, buddhism for instance, i believe we are spiritual, but is there a need for a god?

  yeah i've decided to say goodbye folks.. i've had some interesting discussions on this forum, yet i will cease to operate as an active member as of now.

  i came to this conclusion via a number of reasons; .

  (a) many people on this board have had such a bad experience as a witness that they have decided to deviate so much from the bible and what it tells us.

  Well, The internet is THE tool to educate yourself on the various views people have on this subject.

  Do a search on Atheism, Gnosticism, Creationism etc etc. Make sure you study all sides of the issue and do not be afraid to form your own opinion. To get you started some of my favorite links (can you guess what my view is?) :

  this weekend i was feeling creative and since any effort to shake this nagging feeling utterly failed, i decided to do some wt covers.

  the result is now before you...they are somewhat simplistic because i did them in paint(tm), i still crave paintshop but haven't been able to get hold of it as of yet..... so here they are:.
