  I have thought of this so often even in our own country, if you drive around in Calgary there are homeless people seen everywhere. Kids go to school hungry, I ask why isn't our country starting at home first?

  With all the collections religions take, and their tax-free status, it's only right that they should give back to society. Their status as charitable organizations is why they are granted tax-free status.

  And what does the Wt do for society????

  Paragraphs 15-20 talks about the large door open to you. "Have you considered aux or reg pioneering. kh construction, Bethel service & missionary service." As discussed

  on this board in recent topics it has been brought up about the Wt running or not running out of money. If Bethel workers are be laid off or put out to pasture so to speak

  because of money issues then why do they continue to put these thoughts into the Wt study articles? Are they still accepting new drones? The question asked

  near the end of the article is "Will you go through the large door while there is still time.?) So is seems as if the Wt is undecided about their money issues. Any thoughts

  about those paragraphs?

  Thanks for the effort you have put into these pictures. I have seen a few of these. I noticed on the couple with the added guy above Russell

  that he where's a top hat in one and not in the other although they could have taken a couple of takes. We have made a book on Religion, with all the flip flops, doctrinal issues

  etc to keep all our discussion points at the fore front, we have this picture with Sturgeon in it but it would be nice to know what the real picture is.

  so funny, they took a picture of the invite and sent it to my cell, with a line that read, "u r invited"

  i was a jw but left about 8 years ago, my husband wanted to go back so we have tried, i did not do so good.

  being gone so long just helped me realize this is totally false, i look at the jws as lambs being lead to their deaths.. fast forward to now, we are both in our 40s and i have had medical side effects from using birth control and other meds as birth control.

  my body can not take anymore, i have suffered breast cyst and uterus cyst, so i asked my husband who has an issue with using condoms because he does not reach a climax, and has to masturbate, to use something that would offer us a permanent result such as him getting a vasectomy.. his reaction is like why i feel even more strongly that jws are wrong.

  With tuba-ligation just being tied does not always offer a permanent solution, many have experienced a pregnancy 6 months down the road due

  to them becoming untied. If your desire is a permanent take then (cut and small stitch) can be done.

  What is wrong with the Memorial date this year?

  the memorial is supposed to be held in nisan 14, jewish calendar.

  that day is april 19, 2008. why is the memorial being held this coming saturday march, 22?

  does anybody know?

  So according to paragraph #17 How should the words of Christendoms leader's and of apostates be viewed?

  Apostates too speak valueless words, claiming to have greater wisdom than the appointed " faithful and discreet slave " (Matt 24:45-47) However Apostates

  speak there own wisdom, and their words are valueless, a stumbling block to many who might listen.(Luke 17:1,2) How can we avoid being misled by them?

  Can any one help me out here?

  NEW TRACT CAMPAIGN PLANNED....

  ....for october 20 - november 16.. there is a new tract to be introduced, with the title "do you want to know the truth?".

  it is not a "kingdom news" campaign - after the campaign, this tract will join the "regular rotation" of tracts to be used in the field misery.. it is designed to replace the "do you want to know more about the bible" tract - the goal is to use it to start "bible" studies.. the goal is to cover all of the congregation's territory in 4 weeks, similar to other campaigns in the past.

  unlike other campaigns, though, the congregations can order as many as they would like - they are not limited to 50 per publisher.

  I have no idea why it is "confidential" anyway - who cares? A new tract - big - whoopin' - do

  Its called anticipation and excitement we all have a special purpose,

  "guess what brothers & sisters we have this brand new tract" same ole same ole just a new spin I'm sure many jw's will read into this.
