  from the CoLDS own website it shows that the construction status of their temples world wide are; 14 under construction, 5 undergoing renovation 11 new temples announced, the projects are generally vast, expensive and constructed using the very best of workmanship and materials, whereas the WTS are having massive quick fire sale of the real estate portfolio, KH's being sold, Bethel branches closing and sold, new projects being suspended and halted,vast amount of full time workers being laid off,Co's reducing in numbers, Special Pioneers finished, DO's finished, printing is reduced massively as the world is no longer reading their hate filled nonsense , which group shows growth or decline? I see a lot of these projects are in South east Asia, Thailand a majority Buddhist country is having a temple constructed, as is the Philippines, even a few years ago you would have never thought TCoLDS having growth out there

  1) many who were on the destructive path have been transformed by their teachings (this includes me who was once vicious, and presumptuous and atheistic).

  2) equal monthly pay to all members of the bethel community regardless of whether they are bc members or sweepers.

  this is something that still remains as an unattainable dream for the world.

  SBF I wonder if you read the forum topics on here much at all? for a few years now many threads have appeared on 1 day assemblies and the regional convention and they very small amounts of baptisms there are in them, some even report attending assemblies where there are zero baptisms, pretty much for Europe and the USA, here in London there have been merging and complete liquidation of jw congregations, is that a true piece of data that shows they are a "fast growing" cult? the girl next door commented that in her area of LA the car parks of tabernacles are full to capacity same here with the 2 close to me, that is hard evidence, not some cooked up dodgy survey, we are very qualified in what we are looking out for, I said earlier that the Mormons continually call around here in their D2D work and have a presence in the local town centres, I see them weekly, where I never see the jw's on D2D work ever around here,never at all, and on a few days a week you might see them lazily sitting around their stupid cart, playing with their mobile phones and gossiping, I suppose you just believe what you want to believe.None of these factors show that the CoLDS are in decline in the UK.

  one final point, always be very very careful when comparing yourself or the group you are a member of to Biblical characters, always ends in tears!

  unwittingly arose out of good intention!

  a rather pathetic excuse, and one that doesn't wash unfortunately , if I had a pound for every time I heard that

  "lashing them indiscriminately helps no one"

  oh yes it does, your group haemorrhage members, thanks to the electronic age , millions are waking up , leaving your dangerous high control groups , and leading a safer life that protects children and their own health, typical apologists like this make me laugh so much!

  I dont know if this is a troll but I'll have a go at these points,

  1) we do hear of folks turning their lives around embracing some god of the bible but every single religion on the planet can boast those claims, what about when members become fully involved after some years, elders especially covering over child abuse? meeting in secret kangaroo courts judging demanding to hear the most explicit details of peoples indiscretions? you think they are good traits for religious groups to boast about?

  2) Equal pay is a myth, GB members enjoy a better monthly allowance, have the best accommodation, ever heard the term "green handshake?" did you see the wrist watches of various GB members on their videos? one was wearing a new iwatch, another a Rolex, I cant afford neither, if you ever get the chance to visit the car parks of Brooklyn and Warwick take a look at what cars they drive, you may be surprised.

  3) discussing the day text with an exert from a watchtower is anything special? LOL

  4) Those numerous legal victories could have helped more high control groups like the WTS to enjoy certain freedoms world wide, that means more of the unsuspecting, gullible mentally unwell folks have fallen as prey to these groups who almost all of them , destroy families, and preach a hate filled message, not what the world needs in this 21st century

  5) take your time to study about creation/evolution, or adhere to the Bibles account that the world was created in 6 days ! I take it you have never been cut off from family and friends, the psychological damage it has one people, masses amount of suicides that has resulted from it, you may have a long list of how great they are, stay on this forum buddy , your mind may change soon.

  this was at romeoville, which was built ground up in the 90's and was fully paid for by the illinois circuits!.

  an utter scam, nothing short of theft if the R&F were to pay it, how much can it cost to heat, run A/C and the electric , few hundred dollars? there is no food provided,cleaning, security and stewarding is from voluntary labour, how on earth can it be justified?

  you keep saying that Mormon growth figures are bogus yet in London and the suburbs and home counties I see far more of them in D2D and in street work, I never ever see jw's banging on the doors any more at all, they just seem to sit on their carts playing with their phones and gossiping, if the Mormons were in rapid decline in the UK no one would really see them at all, I know what I'm looking for as well. The temple near me is packed out to capacity every week as is the other one a few miles the other direction, how can this be Mormon PR or spin when I see it with my own eyes? You should be complementing the CoLDS on their effective canvassing rather then continuing to deny it, as The Girl Next Door says they are doing very well with the 60k missionaries they send out world wide compared to the mess that the WTS make of their life saving message be done by 8 million odd. How do you know that a vast percentage of converts dont attend their church after 6 weeks of conversion? are you monitoring in your locality the footfall of them ? I doubt it, you are probably making these statements up

  does it realy matter what religion you follow ?

  as just to have a faith or belief in your self is its more important for humanity to survive in these times .

  all religions are bad dark secrets bad translations .if there is a god he would never tell you to turn your back on family or frends thats the devils preachings every religion that dictates how to live or spread the gospel acording to the watchtower ways is the devils work your all good people bit mad ( yes ) everyone knows things are bad in this world .

  it does really matter because dangerous high control groups like the WTS with their hate filled massage have no place whatsoever in the world today, the destruction they heap upon peoples life's are sometimes beyond words, plus they are very detrimental to peoples mental and physical health, this kind of activism is vital to be able to help the many millions that are escaping, long may it continue.
