no not for leaving the witnesses , but are humans insane in general?.
well when a witness i believed there was a certain mental level that humans were supposed to be at , perfect.. they had a potential that they were designed to achieve.. a standard at which you could be considered fully operational.. but is there such a thing?.

by gumby inmany times we here of ones telling us apostates to watch how we speak so as not to run off lurkers.. after reading of nytlecoms "dickhead" thread it reminded me of how many professing witnesess here act no better.. do they set bad examples for there own kind?.
do other dubs get stumbled over these 'witnesess"??????

Seeker: He has to hide his rebelliousness in order to fit in.
Being on the internet and fellowshipping with apostates is a disfellowshipping offence, the same as fornication, or smoking....worse actually.
Witnesess can carry on in sin in this way and still judge others......amazing!!!!!

TR ...I've always wanted to go to some hall where no one knows me and comment during the watchtower study.....(pick an article that you could show error with them and that would shock those listening in your answer.)
Then let the conductor answer his way out if he can.
I would do it for the purpose of teaching those listening something...not to be a jerk.....( I'm sure many have done it.)or!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ask the brothers there if you can get reinstated but... that you plan on voting the rest of your life and would that hinder things since it is a conscience matter?

For those who grew up a JW . . .
by Trixie indoes it ever surprise you when you see people that you grew up with as a jw and they're still witnesses?
i went to school with a lot of those jw kids my age and i can't believe that they continue to be jws when they are free of their parents.. i want to say," you're an adult with a high school education or a ged!
haven't you figured the scam out?!".

Funny I was just today wondering WHY I didn't see things sooner than I did.How did I not? Because once you can concieve of the idea ..God is using a group or organization to speak through....you can believe anything they say.
I have come to understand that even very intelligent people can be brainwashed......so none has to feel guity for being an ass for getting sucked in it or raised in it.

the mccabe nod is used by salesman all the time to get the prospective customer to agree to something that he doesn't care for too much.

Here is a common one of what the brothers who were married said to each other about nice looking other sisters at the assemblies in their new clothes....."check out that one standing over by the bathroom!!
Then there is the 'silent language when two attendants are walking side by side at the assembly and a cute little blondie walks by with a really cute figure and the two attendants are thinking.........Someone else finish the next sentence cuz it could get vulgar.......

Why do you think that the only two scritures on this used by the society is John.10:16 and Rev. 7:9. (These they grossly misrepresent)Look up the last cited two scriptures in ANY bible commentary and see if you can find ONE scholar who would come even close to that interpretation of those two scriptures.
