New Light on the 144,000?

someone on facebook is claiming to have reliable information that the gb is about to announce new light on the 144,000 -- that it's symbolic, not literal.. one person suggested that they will retain the two-class teaching and just change the meaning of 144,000. his idea was that the change would avoid three problems with the current teaching:.

1. embarrassment over more and more partakers at the memorial when the number should be getting less and less.. 2. embarrassment over 12 symbolic 12,000s somehow equaling a literal 144,000.. 3. solving the problem of running out of "anointed" ones who are old enough to be on the gb.. thoughts?.

It sound strang to me .. because the 144 000 myth is like 607 myth or 1914 , it's a foundation of Jehovism ...

If GB change the "litteral" meaning to a "imaged" meaning ... they are cutting the branch where they are sitted.

How will they can say "we are the anointed GB" ??" since they are part of 144 000 ?

In such a same way if the meaning of 144 000 change, in some way it's the 1914 significance could change ...

because 1914 is the moment When Christ invisibly come back and begun to gather the anointed ... if they are not ... what could jesus gather ?

and finally ... if nothing more than the return of jesus lie on 1914 ... it's an open door to à 607 change since there is less and less reason for 1914 ....

But maybe I'm wrong :)

Congregation memorial stats

2 congregations met together attendance 355 which is close to exact number of combined publishers.

only saw a couple of new faces.

so it looks like once again the invitation work was a complete failure and relatives of jw's couldn't be talked into coming anymore!.

Here in France, almost 300 jw of 2 assemblies .

but wait a minute ...

we have a "restructuration" 2 or 3 assemblies vanished KH probably will be sold one day ( there is a mini assembly in it )

In fact , at the memorial , there were "free" seat.

And in KH ... since there is many many JW , theer are no seat for "Truth Friends".

Here,too more you have jw in KH , less you have free places for no-jw

It was predictable, no ?

The question is are jw conscious of that fact ?

When you are restructuring your assemblies and put more JW by assemblies , you have less free place for newcomers.

They repeat again this years that there are 8 millions of JW and 20 millions at memorial but I can't see how they push the walls in KH to find place :) when during the week assembly , jw are already "cramped "in the assemblies :)

) than an entire congregation disassociated and started their own congregation after decided that the gb were apostate.. was this an urban myth or is there any evidence of this?.

so i was using our current (mankind's) scientific understandings to refute the possibility of a global flood.. i was not being argumentative but used the reasoning found on jw-facts.. what was the reply?.

For the "flood" purpose only, I will not use radio chrononlogy .... there is no need :)

Consider only Egyptian Chronology ... all Kings and dynasties are know with accurate date ...

Thus , when you see that Egyptian civilisation existed before flood ( saqara pyramid for example ) and

after the flood ... the same civilisation , with same gods , same writing system existed too ...

how is it possible if God's flood ... destroyed everything ?

Only 8 persons in the Arch ... millions of egyptian are dead ... and , just after water vanish , this civilisation

with all gods , all persons is here !!!!

Abracadabra it's magic !!!

Consider now ... minoeans civilisation ... same .. existed before flood ... and after flood :)

And as we say in "France" ... "jamais 2 sans 3" ... "Things come in threes". .. consider Chinese Civilisation ... :)

you can add , with reason, all radio chronology ... but JW will says that because there was "water" upon the atmosphere ... the quantity of C14 may differ ....

then you can only use other radio chronology but it's a little bit more complicated ... :(

but 2520 who are added to - 607 are "prophetic years" of 360 days

The clown factory at Warwick

it just amazes me how the clown factory at the borgs basilica in warwick could produce 8 clown popes that act like self-licking ice cream cones and the jdubs take them so seriously.

if the popes said that they were going to have a bible signing session at a king dumb hall 8 hours away that so many jdubs would make the trip the town would be swamped with traffic.. you know what is truly sad is when during jdub public prayers, the governing body gets more praise than the head of the congregation.

all jesus gets is the final "in jesus name.".

Some have fallen short in this regard. How? By aggressively trying to photograph well-known ones, by taking photos of them without their permission and posting such photos on social media, or by asking them to sign their books or Bibles. Do you not agree that this attitude reflects the world’s spirit?

But when i saw the picture of GB signing ( Sparky's Post 4 month ago ) ... who is "some have fallen short" .... Ummm ....

It's the same spirit i smell when I read about 1975 "Some Zealous Brothers ..."

we are now in the 21st century of our common era with its insights into the potential of what can be achieved in the near future to benefit mankind for years to come .. the co-operation of governments around the world on so many levels has never been better than it is today and it is at least encouraging to see this .. whether it has to do with the climate , the environment ,food production ,safe water for all ,and the better health for all in the near future, and in the future space exploration.

however the problem today is still religion !

in its many extreme forms that divides us in no ways that politics divide us .. politicians learn how to compromise and work with their opponents for the greater good ,whereas religions don`t.. religions divide humans like no politicians ever did well not to the extremes religions will go anyway.. is their going to come a time in history when governments politicians say enough is enough and try attempt to abolish religion ?.

on one hand The faith is a "humain right" how can gov forbid somebody to believe ? It's a right and it's in the human right declaration

On the another hand, we know that gov's use religion as a "weapon" , CIA use "Christian Sect" , Korean use Moon Sect , Saoudia Arabia use salafism ...

Yes, these gov play a dangerous game .. but since the world is the world they play ! It's a modern "Trojan" Horse ... and lobbying game

They have no reason to abolish , money and power rather than the old deadly weapons and power ... it's a new kind of war.

Typing in Greek

until quite recently i had a windows 7 operating system but now i have updated to windows 10. someone showed me how to use my keyboard to type in greek when referencing the nt when i had w7.

however, now that i have updated to w10 i have lost that connection.. i have tried the internet but the latest information i can find deals with w 8.1 but nothing for w 10. can someone help me but by using the w 10 control panel?.
