Is it an actual form that you fill out and submit to the main office?
Do you break down the hours and what you did?
Did anyone find it fun or help encourage them to do more, or was more time just spent getting creative with it?

Page 25 "In case of natural disaster . . . " "Check to see what government aid may be available" Just a little hypocritical, don't you think? "provided by Caesar for the needy" Why doesn't it say to ask the guys in Brooklyn? Don't they have any cash for assistance? What a bunch of hypocrites? PUKE

I just finished reading this manual.
(long pause. . . . . . . . . scratch head)
Thank you for uploading it and making it available for me to read. I understand a little more why and how my friend got so screwed up in this cult.
It must be like heaven on earth for some of the "good old boys" in this club. They even got their own manual, it's written so it must be "the truth" No?
And it seems like they can change the rules anytime they want to suit their own needs. What more can you ask for? -

My JW friend told me about this, but I wasn't so willing to believe it.
"The innocent mate should be informed that resuming sexual relations with the adulterous mate would indicate forgiveness and would therefore cancel the Scriptural ground for divorce"
WOW! and this,
"a willingness on the part of the innocent mate to resume sexual relations with the adulterous mate within a reasonable period of time"
Reasonable period of time? Like later that night?
It's not a wonder my friend used to cry after having sex with her mate. -

(Contradicts the "stay out of the husband's way" policy)
If it involves "Pornei'a", then we need to get her in a closed door session so we can hear all the good stuff and ask all kinds of inappropriate questions. Then go home, and beat off to what we just heard her say, and leer at the her every time she shows her face at the hall.
Am I missing something? -

"On personal matters individuals should make their own decisions based on a Bible-trained conscience, but they may ask elders for Scriptural guidance"
Note on side: "Elders should not handle questions asked by wives. They should ask their husbands"
Conversation 1
Wife - "My husband is beating me up, what do I do?"
Elder - "Sorry, you need to ask your husband about that."
Conversation 2
Elder - "Hey, so-and-so (husband), your wife is nagging us with a bunch of questions again. You need to keep her in line"
Husband - "I'll handle it, as soon as I find my belt" -

I threw up when I read page 74. The men who agree to destroying records about child molesters should be put in prison.

This gentleman, Timothy Hamm, displays some classic signs of an immature manipulator. His growth and position in the organization has probably been stunted by this character flaw of his. Unless he changes his tactics, his position will probably never get any higher than where he is currently. When you really want something and friendly persuasion doesn't work, and you resort to ugly methods, then the respect of others will usually diminish. Timothy knew you weren't coming back so he starts with the verbal assault, then gives you a combination of guilt and shame. Comments about your family only add injury to insult. Always taking the focus off the true nature of the problem. Pride is Timothy's ultimate downfall, give-a-way, and weakness. He's so blind to his faith and ideas that his ignorant pride will eventually consume him. On another note, subconsciously, he is probably also very jealous of you and your freedom to be the person you want to be and have become.

Question......
by runningonfaith ini've had something on my mind for a while.. the local county paper, (30000 copies/week) goes in all mail boxes on thursdays for free.. in it, every week people anonymously petitions or thank st.jude or other saints, you know what i'm talking about (i hope).. just to mess with the local boe,i was thinking of sneaking a little ad in between those i was referring to.. something like: .
"make sure of all things.. " 1 th 5:21. freeminds.org.
would i need permission from randy or others?.

The people that run the novena and St.Jude ads are usually Catholic. The one you want to run would be fine without worrying about any legal issues. Just have your checkbook or credit card ready when you place the order. -

I don't mean to insult your family or friends, but when they said "and the best place to die is the assembly." did you keep a straight face when they said that or did you laugh? Any time I see or hear someone hitting a child I say, "IT IS NEVER CORRECT TO HIT A CHILD. NEVER. IF YOU ARE TOO STUPID TO FIND A BETTER WAY TO DEAL WITH A CHILD'S ACTIONS, THEN YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE A PARENT. and then I usually punch the stupid f...cking parent in the face and say "HOW DO YOU LIKE IT?" Maybe I should go to one of these conventions so I can scope out the child abusers and give a good beat down to the dumb parents dishing it out.
