  need help finding a book

  after a conversation with my mother today, i feel i will need help releasing the grip the society has on her and the rest of my family.

  someone was talking about a book many months ago that helped them talk to their family, but, i can't remember what it was called.

  anyone know of any?

  God is attending to an emergency elsewhwere

  after considering all available scenarios i am of the opinion that the creator started project planet earth and then unexpectedly got called away to another job, maybe to an emergency at the other side of a black hole and it is taking longer than than he first assumed to fix it.at the beginning he got as far as creating life on earth and then whoosh !

  he was away leaving the world not quite right.. bearing that in mind it is up to us ,the human race,to run things to the best of our abilities until the good lord comes back and continues where he left off.we have to make sure that we look after the total package for him and ourselves and as far as is possible trying to right the wrongs.you know what i mean , we have to be keepers' and carers' and not religious nuts.. when the creator comes back he can answer all the questions we need to know but until then let's just get on with the task ahead..

  Organ Transplants and Abortions

  please note that i only actually agree with premises 1 and 2; the rest are just for demonstration.. 1. in the past, the gb banned all organ transplants.. 2. witlesses died becuase of this ban.. 3. the gb has lifted the ban on organ transplants.. 4. there was never any scriptural basis for a ban on organ transplants.. 5. despite having killed people through unscriptural teachings, the gb is not bloodguilty becuase those people will be resurrected in the new system.. now then:.

  6. aborted babies will be resurrected in the new system.. 7. mothers who abort their babies are not bloodguilty.. 8. abortion is a-ok!.

  any flaws here?.

  Really? So unborn babies are considered so precious to Joe Hobo that you can't abort them, even if they're going to be hideously deformed or totally disabled, but they aren't precious enough for his lazy ass to resurrect them...?

  there are so many false religions around today that it is astounding.

  if a person does not have a strong bond with god it is easy to fall prey to the devil's deceitful plans.

  The Internet, JWs and Being Told Dont Use It.

  as a public school teacher and standing in front of a class room i found it a way to advocate something questionable such as a borderline tv show or the radio show of risquay djs by telling the class this was not good and they should not listen to these.

  knowing all the while the next morning on the way to school they would be listening to bob and tom in the morning.. so do any of you believe that some of the jws take being told don't use the internet is their que to open their browser?.

  i have a thoughtful question.

  when a jw dies and there is a funeral or memorial for them, just how much of that person is 'remembered" or talked about?

  do they just have a funeral service for them, or do they turn the memorial into a wt study?

  I've only been to one. It was disgusting how the speaker capitalized on the person's death to preach to his captive audience - the non-dub family members. After a couple of sentences the deceased wasn't even mentioned - it was a full scale recruitment drive. What a sickening, parasitic cult.

  Will the logic and science of this world apply on Paradise Earth?

  i feel a little stupid asking this question as i don't for one millisecond believe there is any possibility of a future paradise on earth, but i'm trying to work out how the people who do believe it visualise it and expect it to be.

  i suppose it's pointless to expect believers to have rational answers about such an irrational concept, but i'm trying to understand their thinking.

  (being a complete newcomer to all things jw, i am learning a lot of fascinating stuff from this website.
