i've emailed this to several people now so figured i might as well post it and share with all.

the following information has been compiled from various sources on the web, including jwfacts.com and free minds.

a fraction of it is from my own mind.

not much on actual doctrine I see! Just structure and prophecy intepretation gripes. Side stepping the main issues and focussing on the gnat stuff or inevitable human imperfection you would find in any human organisation many things apostles themselves had to be counciled on.

I would check for critical information but I would be aware of it's basic bias and take that into consideration and it's still a very limited way to make judgements.

If you meet two people and ask them if they like apples because you have never eaten one, one guy says "yes" and the other says "no". how will you know without then eating the apple yourself as to which is right?

michael is said to be chief of the angels that is different from just being an Angel. Michael himself has leadership over Angels biblically

I'm just saying is we can get too speculative when trying to understand how things happen that lead us away from the truth of the bible.

John 1:14
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

we know the word became flesh biblically do we need to know more? speculating to the point we deny this scripture?

We know Jesus is God's son do we need to know more?

I still think this all boils down to people wanting to worship Jesus as God and trying to twist bible scripture to that end.

Enoch is a hebrew scripture apocrypha written well before Jesus and Jesus makes no mention of it. Which you think he would if he wanted to highlight it was in fact to be considered part of the bible like he did with daniel. He mentions daniel which had been contraversial so it got Jesus's stamp of approval.

That may have been some historical facts that survived the flood and the book of enoch is a typical human embellishment on them that developed. that why we can only accept what jude says as accurate and nothing else.

Jesus himself did not confirm enoch and that says a lot.

sometimes this thread reminds me strongly of this scripture.

How could have Rutherford been a 'drunk'?

i feel that the apostate's claims that rutherford was a drunk to be far fetched.

on the one hand, they claim that he was so drunk that the brothers at bethel shipped him to san diego to beth sarim, where he stayed drunk out of his mind, then on the other hand, they claimed that he ruled the society with an iron fist, that he was a dictator.

no drunk could have ruled the society like a dictator.

Gossip and hearsay are powerful weapons easily falling into exageration. Michael jackson also suffered this even paying settlements because of public arena gossip when the child involved actually denied any abuse as an adult.

You would have to show me he was arrested a few times for drunken disorderliness before this particular gossip sticks.

Remind me guys to accuse anyone who has colon cancer of being an alcoholic they must love that!

my mother has been burning to write a letter to old friends among the witnesses.

we move around so much and were never great at keeping in touch.

no one knows we've left the b0rg, but we don't care who finds out.

I agree with steve

All she will be doing is proving she is now an apostate to witnesses in their eyes. Far from what she thinks writing letters to people maligning people's faith/religion will actually achieve.

I absolutely disgree

I find it ironic you use fiction story of the frog prince to justify your fictional hypostatic union I guess we could say fiction to justify fiction.

The trinitarians on this forum alone, justify their 100% man 100% God saying Jesus could speak separately under each heading a bit like someone with multiple personalities which is pure rubbish biblically but it's how they justify Jesus always saying God is distinctly separate to himself.

I already challenged 1 john 5:20 which is talking on Jesus's father again being the "one true God" but trinitarian apologists try and twist the grammer to make it seem different but john 17:3 is clear and cannot be twisted so trinitarians ignore it's obvious truth.

Yes witnesses do not believe in a raised fleshly Jesus only a spiritual one, but trinity conflicts with this too because when the bible talks of the dead being resurrected after 1000 of years how will they get new bodies which have rotted away and become just dust again?

A trinitarian will say there souls don't need bodies and they BECOME spirits in heaven so technically this make Jesus the only flesh king in heaven?

Because to this date no one has answered my query of what happens to the flesh Jesus that is raised?
