I am leaving for personal reasons outside of JWN this time so it will be for good. I have finally made a full commitment to going back to the witnesses.

And this site and being a witness don't really work, It is for people that are leaving but not for people that are going back.

I want to leave on a positive note and say that I have learned a lot. JWN has challenged my bible knowledge and I have examined my deepest beliefs and found a deeper love of Jehovah and his son Jesus I never knew I had and for that I am truly grateful.

My Boyfriend's not a Witness...

alright, with my last post it should be obvious i'm in conflict...if it's not, then yeah.. my boyfriend is not a witness.

he understands that witnesses can't marry or date non witnesses.

but i guess could say we've been stalling...looking for a solution a gray area to that black and white situation...but with time getting as it is...stalling doesn't work anymore.

in my privious thread about sunday mornings i noticed alot of people , including me sited having a full english breakfast.

but the contents of that seemed to change with every person.

so just what exactly does make the traditional full english?.

Hot cup of tea, with toast and butter next to a full englash inc.. sausage, 1 fried egg, 2 rashers of crispy bacon, fried mushrooms and 2 lightly grilled tomatoes. I like to scrape my buttered toast in the egg yolk which hopefully is still slightly runny Mmmm.

Did you read that article? because it is saying all of noah's family including noah had pigmentation of all races in them. when will we learn that skin colour is nothing and what we are is in our hearts. Does it even matter what colour noah was? Jesus was probably very dark skin as well given his heritage but what does any of this mean about the price of apples?

Please go back to your doctors and get a proper diagnoses at least so it's down on paper, you can insist on seeing a psychiatrist, You seem to have barriers between you and the world around you and proper medical diagnoses could really help you find out how to get coping mechanisms. Especially when dealing with others and going to meetings.

It's is hard to tell your full situation from what you write and so I would be speculating but keep going to the elders for help. Try and stick to one congregation for meetings but you may not be able to get much done until you get more medical help and recognition of your illness.

You know Jehovah is a loving God and his son understands illness especially if it that which becomes the barrier. Do not be to hard on yourself God always understands were man cannot. That is why it is Jesus God's own son that does the judging not man himself who judges by only what he can see and not what is in our hearts like Jesus can.

But you must still help yourself and get the right medical help for your own sake Spike.

I agree with you on this, there is no proof that any religion promotes depresion i'm sure studies that are unbiased will show the mental illness happens and the person projects it onto their life around them whatever the elements it holds.

you are wrong according to the greek scholar I told your reply too he said.

The whole phrase "the voice of an archangel" acts as an "adverbial phrase"

Basically you can "choose" to look at the sentence in several ways

If you choose to look at it answering a question "How did Jesus descend" then the clause "voice of an archangel" is acting like an adverb and makes sense.

And therefore the "with" is expressing "manner" and not "association"

but you can also "choose" to look at it as a description of an entourage....

Jesus + trumpet + archangels voice, etc...

but this seems less likely trying to travel with a voice just doesn't make sense.

like I said it isn't approvd of but I've known a few marry non-witnesses due to lack of partners available in their area and they never got df'd or rebuked for it.

but it is not an easy choice as I myself know.
