  ok everyone, just some fun here - no i haven't got wind of any change in the pipeline but, if the watchtower bible and tract society were to ditch the name watchtower altogether, what would they call the watchtower magazine instead?

  today, at a park restaurant, this old lady saw a young fat lady walking past and started making fun of her with her friends.

  the fat young lady saw this and i could see the look of hurt on her face.

  i couldn't help myself, i got up went to the old lady and told her she was being hurtful and childish considering her age, and she should grow up!

  gareth knight (real name basil wilby) is an author who i respect.

  i have met him - he is getting old now but he's no less intelligent or fascinating.

  some 40 years ago he wrote a well respected book called "a practical guide to qabalistic symbolism".

  this was discussed here earlier.

  prosecutors now say this californian jw murdered his wife for insurance money.

  man had taken out life insurance policies on his wife totalling more than $1 million, and investigators believe he set up the crime scene to make it look like a burglary.

  Singing at the Meetings is so mindless...

  i was always uncomfortable singing at the meetings when i was a kid.

  as an adult, i rarely if ever sing anymore because i think it is a joke.

  sit down, listen for 45 minutes.

  Tennasee- Witness man preaching to Goth Satanist gets family killed!!

  watching the crime channell yesterday i saw a picture of a family that was murdered by teenage gothic satanists, i said to my self "they look like witnesses"...and they were!

  one of the girls charged with murder said: "the man aproached me at the rest stop and asked me if i believed in god, he said he was a jehovah witness...." the four youth's are serving life in prison for shooting this man his wife and 2 kids.

  the baby boy was shot in the eye but survived....they ran over the parents as they drove off in their van.

  This is tragic. I believe that this is caused mostly how people are raised. If you are in a bad environment more than likely you reflect that persona. Some issues here could be psychological. I do not blame it on being goth even though goth does have a bad reputation.

  Even though I wasn't raised in religion I myself just cannot fathom killing, stealing, etc..I was raised to respect people.

  Who to Send a Disassociation Letter To?

  if i am going to send a disassociation letter, i am wondering which hounder to send it to.

  i know there is no mailboxes at the kingdumb hell, so any letters that get sent there would end up dead mail.

  and i know that one does not send them to the washtowel slaveholdery.

  last night i listened to the conferance call with the bowens.

  i thought it was excellent .i feel they are doing a marvelous work & are to be commended .

  Granny, we are a forgiving bunch. I'm sure there will be no harbored bad feelings. Although I'm agnostic and do not acknoledge a supreme being I do agree that the pronunciation of the name does sound more logically to be yahweh. But I don't care what you call him.
