if any of the child molestation cases actually go to court, or if any of those witnesses that get disfellowshipped sue the society, what are the chances that some of the governing body members would get subpeoned to testify in court?

to me, this would be the best thing that could happen: these morons having to testify in open court and having to answer some pretty tough questions about their absurd policies and why these people have been disfellowshipped.. they'd look as stupid as freddie franz did when he was in court and said that jehovah was the editor of the watchtower since 1931..............i can see these bozos saying the same thing:.

q: who decided that nothing would be done to pedophiles in the congregations, if they are elders?.

Hardline on disfellowshipped ones

once again a hard line is being taken on shunning disfellowshipped and disassociated ones.

perhaps this is some sort of backlash against the recent adverse dateline publicity in the us, the forthcoming pananorama programme in the uk and problems with a number of influential ones leaving the organization.

the text below is from the august km insert and the meeting part is to be handled by a "well qualified" elder with the paragraphs being read by a "capable reader".

Yea, They played that game with me. I get a call out of the blue. ( haven't heard from them in 2 1/ 2 years). They wanted to meet and talk to me about necessary family business. Then I didn't hear from them for months, then they would call again. ThenCall----------Dissappear-----------Call -----------Dissappear. Finally I had enough of them jerking my emotions around. I sent my mom and each one of my siblings a letter stating that due to the confusion of my relationship with them and the ever changing meaning of " necessary family business" I find that it is necessary for me to cut any futher comunication with them until there is clarification as to what is necessary and why they would want to have dinner with their dis-associated brother. Seems like I don't carry any weight in what I deem necessary family business!!!!!!! THAT ORGANIZATION IS SOOOOO F#cked Up!!!!!!!!
