  it is pretty pathetic for some people that claim they don't like the content/style/quantity of your threads and then to constantly dog you in them.

  i think it takes a decent measure of talent and thought to consistently post interesting questions that generate good responses and from the number of replies/reads you get per thread, i would say others think similarly.. even your critics cannot seem to resist opening and reading what you write.

  personally, i think they are jealous and frustrated that simple questions generate more interest here than their long well-researched essays.

  i would appreciate some input from the boards most revered jw scholars.

  i am not certain why i feel compelled to have some questions answered by the kremlin (read wts.

  ) maybe that i need final closure in order that i may move on, or i am seeking a little revenge.. first off, a little background on my situation.

  As hard as it may seem, I would cut your losses and move on. The aggravation can be so upsetting that it could take years to get over.

  i am a coptic orthodox christian right now, and i am good friends with a witness.

  unfortunately, i didnt know enough about my own religion before i started listening to my friend and i am starting to question my faith.

  Cyre, Once they love bomb you, they will tell you that many will say they are a cult. They will also tell you that Satan will use your friends and family to keep you from the " TRUTH " !!!! Please be aware that this is a tactic they use. Don't listen to their bull about faith. Ask a lot of questions and have them answer them with facts backing up those answers. And don't buy their crap if they show you from their liturature, they print it to say whatever they want it to say.

  i wish them peace.

  at the end of the conversation i did not feel we were in agreement.

  for similar reasons i believe ray has not supported the issue of child abuse being a problem in the organization to media and by personal comments to persons who ask him privately about this.

  Wedding receptions -- weird JW ideas

  Here's another weird idea. At my brothers reception, they placed several song books at each table and had everyone sing kingdom songs. AAAAARRRRFFFF !!!! I got so shitfaced. So sometimes you don't miss anything.

  The Watchtower doesn't give two shits about anything other than their own preservation. Bill and Silent Lambs is a thorn in their side and hopefully it will infect them till they rot to the bone. Peace.

  i've been out of work since 10/1 because of an operation i had, and tomorrow will be my first day back.

  i really don't wanna go back.

  i thought i might have won the lottery, but i only hallunicated while on the prescription pain med's of winning.

  Hey butalbee,

  I'm currently re-couperating from minor surgery and will be out till Nov. 1st. I know how you feel. I wish I could hit the megabucks and not have to go back. Seems like a struggle to make up for lost time since I left the borg!!! I guess I can still dream cause you know, when you dream, you can have anything. So until I go back to work, I'll be dreaming. Good Luck on your return and I hope you do hit the lottery.
