Please help me publish my book on the JW organisation.
by TheEndIsNigh ini just finished writing a book called, the end is nigh...again (but this time we really mean it).
perhaps some of you may have already heard of it.
its a tongue in cheek, real life saga about the life of a second generation jehovahs witness that pokes fun at the organisation that to this day continues to completely screw up the lives of decent people.

Should a DF'd person lie to get reinstated?
by DT insuppose someone is wrongfully disfellowshipped and is unable to appeal successfully.
suppose he still believes in the watchtower society and tries to get reinstated as soon as possible.
imagine that the elders want to make sure that he is repentant by insisting that he shows remorse for what he is accused of doing.

it might not be on topic, but long time ago one elder asked me if I ever went to strip club, I told him No, (I was telling him the truth), he did not believe me then I was never used to do public prayers in the KH, even at the book study again.

Something I Never Understood About Disfellowshipped Ones
by minimus ini never understood why df'd ones would treat other df'd ones like crap.
(after all, they could talk to each other).
but many would "treat" other disfellowshipped just like the witnesses would.

Well, I know one good looking sister that tried to seduce me, I turned her down. I did not want to sin against Jehovah. She went out with a worldly guy, she got pregnant, she got df'd. Eventually she got reinstated. Years later, she(now an elder's wife) heard that I am inactive, she shunned me in a very mean way. Sorry it might not be on topic, but it is close enough for me.

My wife has asked me to tone it down
by JWinprotest inlately i've been making a lot of negative comments about the wts at family gatherings, trying to plant seeds of doubt whenever i can.
but my wife thinks i'm going overboard and starting to raise suspicion.
we had a huge argument last night because i told her i'd rather not go to the gatherings at all than to stay quiet.
