  Noah's ark - Can't believe I once actually thought it was true

  when i was a jw i didn't even question that the noah's ark story might not be true.

  i didn't realise that it wasn't achievable for a handful of people to gather literally millions of animals - two of each kind - and fit them into a boat where they would all survive for many days.

  i didn't think about the fact that if the highest mountain was covered with water then how could plant life like trees and flowers come to exist again, especially so soon after, with the raven grabbing an olive leaf was it?

  i had a samll poker party a few weeks ago with the guys from my bowling team.

  one of them, ron , i think he might be gay, that's ok, he's a great guy, brought over a mason jar with something that looked like urine in it.

  I come to this site to whine.It releases some stress.

  In real life I am the first to explain what dubs are all about.And I dont whine when I present the facts(half of which I learned here while whining) to any one who knows me.

  I find it comical that real one said he had an open mind.Everything Ive read by him shows a general disrespect for others beliefs.

  I suppose Im an agnostic,not sure.I dont believe that there is a divine plan.All the "evidence" doesnt add up to me.

  As far as hope..I dont need it to live a fulfilled life.I dont need to imagine Ill be in a better place.

  lol,Im actually more worried about blood spatter on my paperwork.I actually had to tell someone to settle down because it wasnt my problem that he waited til now to handle his business.
