me... liberal male, could care less what you do with your sex organs, i only care about what i do with mine...that said, i've several gay friends... none of which are monogamous.
so, my next door neighbors are lesbians, neither are the hate all males types like some i have known in the past... matter of fact, one loves sports and hangs out here watching football and other sports with me at least once a week.

The advice is the same I would give you if it was a str8 couple living next door.
If one or both of them try to get you to conspire with you about their lies, just be honest. Say, "I like/love the both of you, so plese don't put me in the middle of this, it isn't fair", and say it meekly and well meant. No one can get mad at you for not wanting to lie for them.
Secondly, if any neighbor starts a fight where you think physical violence is involved, you need to call the cops. Most of the cops I've ever met never disclose who complained or just "a neighbor but weren't given the info from dispatch".
It sounds like their relationship is imploding and will result in a breakup or a reconciliation. If you pick a side in either case it may bite you in the arse, so try to stay neutral.

I didn't realize there were that many here. Given the victims need to have suffered heart attacks, strokes, or death, I figured they probably wouldn't be posting away with abandon. :)
My first laptop my dad bought me was part of a class action suit. Those of us who had the product ended up getting $100 coupons for our NEXT purchase of another laptop from the same company, and a software fix. The legal firm that brought the case? $ 200 million in cash. I got a coupon for $100.
My new Apple computer is now part of a class action suit for the electrical cord/charger. The proposal is I will get a $50 store credit. God knows what the lawyers will get. But I opted out of the suit. I refuse to reward such shitty behavior by lawyers. My cord/charger works just fine. I don't need to blackmail Apple for $50 in a store credit, and the lawyers who will get hundreds of millions of $$$ in cash.
As the old joke goes, "What's brown and black and looks good around a lawyers neck? A Rotweiler."

I'm not sure why you would think that there are Vioxx people here, since the $4.85 billion Merck has set aside is for those who have suffered a heart attack, and or worse.
Fortunately Merck, has beat back the scum bag ambulance chasing attorneys REPEATEDLY regarding this case. There are at last count only 3 suits that have won with the vast majority of the cases now having been dismissed or lost by the lawyers of Jackal, Cheatum, Golddigger. The ridiculous runaway trial system in the USA kills its competitiveness compared with other offshore options.
But I'm sure there will still be a few leeches that try to get a payout for doing nothing from Merck. Class action suits are a payout for the lawyers, and everyone else in the process gets screwed.

I refuse to go to the Red Cross or other religious hysteric establishment that doesn't want gay blood / plasma. A few friends of mine always just lie about their sexuality so they can give blood and or plasma so they can get paid $$$ for doing so. It's a stupid rule, much like the rule against anyone who has spent time in Europe or other countries too.

A.) Cattle were never meant to be raised eating corn in the first place. It's inefficient and the animals digestive tract hasn't evolved to eating it in the most effective way possible. Think free range, grass fed beef. You know, like how they do it in Argentina. Not on a flesh farm factory.
B.) You either need to get more for your product, or find something else to do with the assets, land, etc that you own.
C.) Just like high oil prices have made people reevaluate their usage of oil and gas, higher meat costs only will benefit them as well as Americans eat far too much fat and animal products.

Car mpg performance. Can anyone explain this?

(almost all job related) i get 37 mpg on the highway.

People also go crazy over stuff that really dosen't matter a whole lot.
Even if you drive A LOT, and put say 20,000 miles a year on your car the difference in cost per month between one that gets 26 mpg on the highway vs. 32 mpg is $48 per month @ $4 per gallon. Even if your car/truck only got 20 mpg that would only be $96 more per month, which you could be mitigated by cutting your driving by 10% or 15%.
