  My heart wasn't in it anymore because of all the hypocrisy,back-stabbing,cold attitudes and over-all lack of christian love.I never felt so unwanted as I felt in the Kingdom Hall.My son and I didn't have any friends there.It was the coldest place I've ever been in my life.

  Does leaving Jehovah's Witnesses ruin you

  one of the things i hear mentioned a lot about being a jehovah's witnesses.

  is that once you leave, it ruins you for all other religions.

  as you think that you know all the faults of other religions, and could not put any faith in them.

  Witnesses DO NOT Love Each Other

  the watchtower claims that witnesses love each other - and that this love marks them.

  as being the true religion.. nonsense!.

  In my experience,witnesses only love the ones that are in their cliques.If your'e not in the "in-crowd",you don't even exist to them.This was especially true with the elder's wives.All the talk about them having love among themselves is nothing more than a fantasy.

  I think this place has been more therapeutic for me than any psychologist could ever be.After all,how many head doctors are ex-Jws?This place has some of the wittiest,empathetic,and warmest people I have ever met.I started feeling cleansed after my first fifty posts.

  I feel great about myself.Now that I am out of the Borg I am slowly but surely regaining my self esteem .I am able to enjoy life now without guilt.

  Well, I wonder what they are saying about Babylon's waters drying up now? The Witnesses always refer to Isaiah 60:22 "The little one himself will become a thousand,and the small one a mighty nation,I myself,Jehovah,shall speed it up in it's own time."Well,why isn't it happening?Seems to me like only happening in the churches of "christendom."
