usually the one that doesnt want to be friends anymore wont recognize his/her part in the failure.. in jg wifes thread about being friends with your ex the above comment was made.

in failed relationships it's usually both parties that share the blame.. in the past three years since my divorce i have come to except my part in the break-up of our marriage.

i have identified areas that i need to work on to be in a healthy relationship.

see, no matter how thinly you slice a loaf, there are always two sides. one side may be a tiny little end piece, and noone wants the end piece. on the other side is the rest of the loaf, yay, but you cant see that theres a bunch of mold inside of it, and its sickening, should be thrown away, and you really ought to just stick with the end piece, cause its the only one that wont make you sick

does anyone remember being a little kid and being forced to sit through those 2 hour meetings?

specifically being made to listen to graphic accounts of whatever country that was going through horrific persecution.

(or any other horrors you might remember).

oh yeah, that stuff....

I couldnt spike my hair, couldnt watch ren and stimpy, TMNT, simpsons, or other shows i wanted to. had to get up every frickin sat morning for service instead of cartoons, had no friends, got spanked for drawing during the meetings and not paying attention, got punished for falling asleep in meetings, had everything i told my dad and others about what i liked and wanted to do with my life shot to hell, be it play football, be a doctor, fly airplanes, etc. all because the ideas of going to bethel and pioneering were constantly shoved down my throat. and of course i'd get the question of, "dont you want to please god?":)

I remember one time, i told my dad i wanted to find a cure for cancer(i was big into discovery channel, and i'd watched some special on it) and he told me that wasnt a wise goal, and that i should concentrate on saving people forever. I was EIGHT!

Well, wish me luck, I'm about to start my finals today....

today is the day i do my finals for my algebra class...i'm nervous but i think i've got most concepts down.. i won't be on much here more than likely until i've completed it.

i should get my scores back either tonight or tomorrow...i'll let you know how i did when it's over.

i have all day and i plan to take each question with as much time as i need to get the best possible score.. coffee is ready.

handle that situation!

and just remember, once you get past the parts of X+3=9, all the algebra after that is about finding change. keep that in mind, and it's all just as simple
