  My sister called! I've written her a letter...

  i was working in corpus christi this past weekend, when my sister called out of the blue on sunday.

  she, like the rest of my family, is a very zealous jw, and since i am recognized as an apostate, i haven't seen nor spoken to her in about four years.

  i was completely shocked that she called.

  This is a very nice letter. I think she will read it, I know I would out of cruiosity, but what her final feeling on it is, who knows. I hope for her sake, she can start to see why you believe as you do and starts to do her own investigation. One never knows what one thing will get them to really thinking.

  I also see that with the latest WT material, they are trying to reach out to those that left and try to get them to come back. I guess, she had an alterier motive in her call to you, glad you stood your ground and that you were polite about it.

  Keeping my fingers crossed that your letter will get her to thinking.

  Bush was weak, he should have given them full pardon, the punishment was way to harsh. The drug dealer got ammunity, and the border patrol, doing their job protecting our borders go to prison. I honestly didn't think Bush was even going to commute their sentence so at least that part is good.

  ok guys i thought i would update you on my sunday and how the study went.

  i had to drive a few of the older sisters to the hall (one has a bum leg the other an injured hip and the other one has a hard time seeing), so i drove them to the hall and stayed for the meeting, here are some of my thoughts, first of the public talk.. i dont know how i made it thru the 30 minute talk without screaming bulls*it every other five seconds, the talk was about being no part of the world, and man it made me want to vomit.

  first off, children are still discouraged from extra curricular activities, i dont know how they expect children to grow up and be able to function socially if they raise them to isolate themselves from their peers, dont they realize that they are raising social retards?

  Great video, Apostate is the one word to be broken, that one word closes all doors for any reasoning with the JW.

  I'm not seeing it either, however the picture on the right seems to have more of a 3-d look to it. Maybe its just my eyes playing tricks on me.

  I can see the difference in the pictures side by side, the one on the right looks like the 3-d image, if put on top of the one on the left. Is that the intention?

  I tried each one and alone I didn't see the 3-d effect.

  I am still amazed you figured out how to do this and if you took those pictures, their amazing, where is that?

  KM 2009 - misrepresentation on blood transfusions

  in the feb 2009 km there is a 10 minute part entitled "answering questions about blood transfusions".

  notice the part i've highlighted in red.

  exacty what transfusions do jws allow their children to have?

  Another double standard, don't save your life with a blood transfusion.

  To me that means, you take a life that could be saved. So do they just

  ignore the commandment: " Thou shall not kill"?

  They can break one of Gods commandments to keep another one, where is the sense in that?
