  X-Witnesses and Faders - have you had a help them return visit yet?

  with the watchtower study about helping 'lost sheep' return, i have been half expecting a visit.

  i have mentally rehearsed how i should handle the situation, which is fairly tricky as i still have family in.

  but no call yet.

  I received a call that Sunday that they would really love to have me there. I did go, but didn't see anything different same stuff.

  The Elder conducting the Watchtower gave a couple of scuses "If someone has not been visited is because we are so busy", etc.
  He added "we are so close to the end, and is important to come back to Jehovah, blah blah, blah" I had a hard time staying awake....

  mvs has only made 3 posts since registering in april.. i don't think mvs has been "officially" welcomed because this announcement was tucked into a post asking a question.

  here is the first hello.. .

  hello - i am new to the forum and continue to be an active witness for family reasons - i heard someone say that there are three classes of witnesses now - anointed, great crowd, and the conciencius class, i am the latter one..

  Wow! I didn't realise I had this many Welcomes - Thank You All!!

  I hope to be more active, I am struggling with having to live a double life for the sake of my family
  and hope to find many friends. I am sowly fading away from the meetings and need much support
  thanks again and hope to meet many of you.

  Reject Worldly Fantasies, Pursue Kingdumb Realities?

  according to the feb 2009 kingdumb misery, this is the title of the new hounder-hounder talks for public talks starting march 1. now, i can only imagine worldly fantasies include having a family, a reasonable measure of health and security, and being able to live a decent life.

  kingdumb reality means throwing your life away out in field circus, attending boasting sessions, dutifully studying washtowel publications every tuesday all evening, and dying stagnant and having produced zero value in your own life.

  Emotional Reactions to the Loss of the Book Study

  i think the loss of the book study will hit some like a death of a friend.

  it will mark the end of an era.

  it will forever change the religion of jehovah's witnesses and i believe the change is completely irreversible.. of course, most witnesses will be delighted by this.
